This was a wonderful place to stay with children. The owners were incredibly helpful. We would stay there again.

The welcome was the most friendly that we have experienced on our trip. Everything that's to see and do and eat in Hualien was explained to us in detail. Maybe a little too much detail. The room was spacious, the shower was good, breakfast was included and good.

We should have asked for a second blanket as the one blanket that is provided is too small. All rooms seem to be decorated in a different theme, which is a nice idea but maybe there is too much decoration in the room? It's hard to keep track of your own luggage and personal items with such crowded rooms.

Super friendly staff who explained to us on arrival what the area is known for food-wise and where to get it. The room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and home-made. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to the main street which you can follow down to the coast and night market.

The hosts are amazing. Upon arrival, they kindly introduced us to the area and recommended many restaurants and attractions for us to visit. The breakfast was really enjoyable, the hosts prepared something different for us each day and it all tasted great.

Such a beautiful surprise. Hidden in a quiet street just a few stones away from busy area! So perfectly located, nicely decorated with a certain uniqueness! Bed is extremely comfy and the good breakfast is cooked on demand! Fresh and tasty. If i come back im Hualien I ll be staying there again

The daily breakfast prepared by the host was good, looking forward to different variety every day. The location was convenient - walk-able distance to DIY laundry shop and convenience stores.

Great service by friendly hosts, including detailed guiding to recommended eateries in the area. Excellent home cooked breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds.

The owners were so lovely, they had written all the best places to eat on a map, colour coded for us upon arrival. The room was beautiful and clean. We were given slippers on arrival and our shoes were kept downstairs which meant the rooms stayed in great condition. Breakfast was excellent and different each morning of our 3 night stay. Overall a fantastic stay, we would highly recommend and stay again.

We were lucky to get a great room with hello kitty theme. Staff was extremely sincere and passionate, they went extra mile to introduce all the good food and things to buy in Hualien. They even prepare breakfast which local specialties which was absolutely fantastic!

Very friendly hosts. Stayed there during the Hualien earthquake. As i had to stay longer because all roads and railways have been shut down they offered me to stay one night for free. One of the best places i stayed so far! Highly recommended!
