Despite having “B & B” in their name, they don’t serve breakfast. Staff are rarely at the front desk and you can’t enter without a door key. lots of laundry bags and storage boxes in the foyer, which feels like storage room. Despite playing close to $150 USD per night there was very little service. You have to leave your key at front door to get room cleaned, which they don’t tell you, so my room wasn’t cleaned. Understand that not everyone speaks English here but when I was standing outside for 20 minutes because no one was at front door to check in at midday, they didn’t pick up calls or would hang up. They could at least put a basic sign in English to explain to call or what time the check in is open.

Despite playing close to $150 USD per night there was very little service. You have to leave your key at front door to get room cleaned, which they don’t tell you, so my room wasn’t cleaned. Understand that not everyone speaks English here but when I was standing outside for 20 minutes because no one was at front door to check in at midday, they didn’t pick up calls or would hang up. They could at least put a basic sign in English to explain to call or what time the check in is open.
