The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff speaks English and is very friendly. There’s free laundry (washing machine and dryer) available. Lot’s of restaurants are just next to the hotel and also a 7 eleven. Free coffee (not so good) and tea provided. Internet / Wifi is good.

No space for my large luggage in the room.

Poli, the front desk girl was friendly and professional. She provided the excellent service while we stayed at Airline Inn @ Kaohsiung Station in Taiwan. Poli greeted customers with her genuine smile and she informed customers about hotel’s facilities once they check-in. She also was very helpful and patient in answering questions at the front desk. Poli even helped me to download the uBike App on my phone so my 15 years old son can stroll around the town. If I ever go back to the same hotel is because of Poli.

I wish outside of the hotel could be less homeless people.

I believe that AirlineInn have created the perfect room for a traveller. I am retired and travel extensively worldwide and stay in mid range or budget hotels for 50 to 60 nights each year. The hotel room is the ideal size, light & airy and totally practical. Simple things, that many hotels get wrong or miss; - Light switches and multi-type sockets in convenient positions and clearly marked - Room layout excellent - Extra pillows - Mugs and cups - Night light - Simple A/C controller - Sliding doors to maximise space Additional feature that enhanced my stay; - natural light in the bathroom - Weighing scales

Superb location, 3mins away from main station, bus station right in front of hotel. Cute aviation concept, good English command & the best part is free laundry! Just what we needed on last days of our Taiwan tour. Room was equipped with everything, daily housekeeping upon request, great breakfast too! Have vegan options for people with diet restrictions and can order eggs on side. Really enjoyed our 2 nights there. I left my precious grapes in the fridge tho, I hope they shared among the staffs!

One of the washing machine was malfunctioning and I didn’t like how other guests were not collecting their finished laundry on time but not the hotel’s fault! Just want to share my annoyed moment.

**I extended my stay from 2-4 days, so this is a duplication of my previous review** I have been travelling around Taiwan, and this was one of the best hotels I stayed in; all things considered. It is incredibly good value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful (most can speak English too), the location is excellent and the hotel is perfect for an extended stay. The room itself was large, clean, bright and very comfortable; I slept incredibly well in the firm bed, the shower was excellent, there was a good supply of towels/toiletries and there was even an English-language movie channel. The rooms also have a good seating area with table/desk and plenty of room for luggage/hanging clothes. The breakfast was excellent; there was lots of choice and was incredibly tasty. There were free laundry facilities and the staff looked after my luggage for free when I arrived early. Location is perfect's just a short walking distance from Kaohsiung Main Station and lots of food and shopping venues. Highly recommended.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom big and clean. It had a couch and a desk to sit and enjoy the complimentary tea they gave :) The staff was amazingly kind!

We booked a room with view but they gave us one with a window facing to a wall. After we complained they gave us the room with view. The soundproofing wasn’t bad on itself but there was a noise that we couldn’t determine exactly, like a “clunk” going on and off all day, really bothersome if you’re a light sleeper like me :(

Our 2-night stay at Airline Inn-Kaohsiung Station was awesome. Really impressed by the cleanliness and staff service - both 10/10. The counter staff greeted us warmly every day and they were patient and friendly when attending to our queries. Location wise, the hotel is just a 3-5mins walk from the MRT (no slopes nor stairs). There are several restaurants (e.g. McDonald’s) and shops nearby, and the nearest bus stop is directly opposite (less than 2mins away) the hotel. Guests also get to enjoy complimentary washing + dryer service (powder detergent provided as well). Was initially worried about the space, but we could easily fit 2 large luggage + 1 small luggage and 2 backpacks (and there's still space to walk). The beds and pillows are soft and cozy too. Highly recommended hotel and I'll certainly be back when I am in Kaohsiung.

Airline Inn in Kaohsiung Station was our first accomodation during our 6 days stay in Kaohsiung. My partner and I absolutely love the enthusiasm of the front desk person (it was a guy) that checked us in, he was very fluent in his check-in description and process. The design of the interiors and rooms were young, hippy and very clean. To be honest, we are out exploring most of the time (during the day), hence we only required a comfortable and private place to cuddle and rest for the night.

Just a slight improvement, the sound proofing can be a little better, as we are able to hear people talking and walking from the hallway just as we are about to sleep. Nonetheless we truly enjoyed our stay with Airline Inn - Kaohsiung Station and we wish the team the very best !

The room is clean , I booked family room and it way beyond expectation. Bed is big , can accommodate 4 people in the room. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. Most of it, the staff is amazing , they helped me to amend my booking without a fuss. Well done for this hotel Location wise, very close to Kaohsiung Station , 2 minutes walk. Next to hotels there is a lot of eating places such as fast food chains (McDonalds, Burger King, Yoshinoya, KFC) , very convenience . especially if Kaohsiung station exit has been completed (it is on construction now) the entrance will be right across the hotel
