The location is near to the central district, it is very near to yi zhong street which is convenient for the shopping. The price is value for money and it is even provide breakfast and parking slot for us.

Quite convenient central location. Hot/cold water dispenser IN ROOM which is really practical. Very inexpensive laundry room. Excellent buffet breakfast in normal (non-Covid) times, simple takeaway breakfast in times of Covid crisis (starting in late May 2021 in Taiwan). The hotel seems to be temporarily closed since August 2021 due to Covid, hopefully it will be fully reopened soon.

Interior wall and door not soundproofed like in most hotels, so noise could be expected from people talking or shutting doors loudly.

Very decent hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms (some with bathtubs). A special feature is the in-room water dispenser which makes it very practical to make tea (and coffee if you bring your own). Good downtown location with lots of buses at the stop in front of the hotel. A taxi trip to Taichung Train Station or other areas of interest cost TWD100-250. Spacious lobby for lounging a little bit, reading newspapers and magazines. Very good buffet breakfast (mainly Taiwanese style) with good hot and cold dishes, soup, toast and butter/jam/chocolate spread, tea, coffee, soybean milk, etc. The chef changes the dishes every day so when staying for several days, one is always sure to eat different things the next morning. Cheap self-service laundry (only TWD20 for 1h of washing or 1h or drying), and laundry powder is graciously offered at front desk.

Breakfast selection was pretty good. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was more spacious than many others I stayed in Taiwan. Easy access by bus from the Taichung railway station. Overall decent value for money.

The building, especially the corridors seem to show the signs of aging. The design of the common spaces and the rooms is rather bland and lacks character.

The location is accessible to public buses. The breakfast is good and tasty,the restuarant has a nice ambiance and spacious! Over all ,worth the money you paid for!
