The staff（Yu Qing) is very friendly and helpful. She has provided reference information of the neighborhood, including the parking location and local restaurants. She greets us every time when we see her. Nice services.

The only thing I do care is the quality of bed. The mattress is tilt to one side. Hope the hotel can check them asap. It is closed to the hospital. Ambulance runs through time to time.

The best part about this hotel is the wonderful and beautiful staff. Especially, 可愛，熱情，親切的文瑜小姐。 她人超級好. She was so friendly to my daughter, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away as it is often very stressful to travel with young kids. She even gave my kids cute towels as goodbye gifts! So thoughtful!! Miss Wen is so sweet and had such amazing service. The other front desk lady, was also very very nice!! When she saw that my husband was foreign, she used English right away to explain things to him. So helpful and kind!!! I must also mention that, the front desk ladies were both very pretty...and had such lovely smiles even behind their masks!! I really do believe that it is the staff of a place which leaves a lasting impression on customers. The hotel smelled like a bali spa. It smelled so fresh and clean... omg. We loved it!!! The hotel was also incredibly clean and had the best shampoo and bath wash soap. ( Spa like quality) The pillows were comfy and bedsheets smelled clean. It also wasnt loud so we were able to give a good nights sleep. 真的超級超級愛上這個旅館！！！ This review is written by the wife.

Great location, near to convenience stores and supermarket, generally clean and comfy beds and bathroom. The ladies at the reception were always kind, patient and ready to help.

There was a problem of dust accumulation in the bathroom, especially behind the bathroom door.

The staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. I had left t-shirts in the room and they had the courtesy to inform me but I was too indulged in my vacation that missed their message😱

Located in central area. Walking distance to the night market and many nice restaurants.

Asked for a room with the windows due to claustrophobia. Didn't see any windows when we checked. We were told the window is in the restroom. :'(

Room is a good size for one person. Quiet location. The room had a Nespresso machine, kettle and two bottle of waters in the fridge. There is a washing machine and separate drier in the basement - washing powder obtained from the reception. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the WIFI out of personal choice.

Very clean and comfortable. The receptionist and housekeeping are very kind and friendly. The hotel nearby department store, so easily to have good meals and shopping.
