Spacious room.
Some facilities were rather old and not completely functional (shower head, shower pipe, air conditioning grill, etc), had to get these things repaired/replaced. Air cons grill fell off the ceiling in the middle of the night, was quite shocking as it made a huge noise.

If I really have to nitpick, it IS a love motel (I mean there is a sex toy vending machine outside the room), so don't be shocked if you see the occasional stain here and there.

Large room and large bath tub.
No notice beforehand it was a sex hotel so I wouldn't have brought my son if I knew. Had to check out after one night as porn on Tele and bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My son slept on the sofa and we felt it wasn't very clean. Asked for refund but had not reply

+ Hardware and facilities are okay + One of the receptionists is friendly + Breakfast better than expected
- the rooms are not well cleaned (we booked two rooms): dead cockroach on the floor in one of the rooms; hair from previous guests all over the floor and in the pipes of the jacuzzi; bed sheets that caused most of us skin allergies… - strong detergent used to cover the smell of cigarette smoke - every time you leave your room/garage, you have to call the reception to shut the garage gate for you, which is very troublesome. one of the staff, who hung up on most of our calls, was quite unfriendly and rude
