The location is beautiful, very nice staff, nice pool size.

For the proce range, the rooms facilities could use an upgrade. I could not open the windows to ventilate the room - even if that was possible, it would be preferable not to open them because there are no nets at the window. You are forced to keep on using the AC, which is ridiculous considering how nice is the sea breeze. The furniture in the room could really be updated. Some of the facilities around the pool were less than clean.

A lovely location out of the city centre over looking the sea. Ideal for one night at the start or end of your trip. It is about 20 minutes by taxi to the ferry terminal and about 50-60 minutes to the airport. While the hotel is large and has all the usual facilities, it does have a corporate feel to it. The Indian restaurant serves magnificent Indian food and would go so far as to say it is the best we have ever had - having eaten in many Indian restaurants over the world including India.

Very friendly staff. I got a free upgrade to a Presidential suite even though I had booked a normal suite. Very diverse breakfast options.

Not very baby friendly food options. We were told the mashed potatoes were finished and the Chef was not willing to make an extra one.

The breakfast was excellent and the dinner menu fantastic! There were 2 restaurants at the hotel serving very diverse meals. In addition there were other restaurants just outside the hotel which added to the variety. The hotel arranged for Covid - 19 swab samples to be taken in the comfort of my hotel room although I have to say that it was rather pricey but then there is a price one has to pay for convenience. The sea views from the restaurants and the room were majestic.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a late flight and they gave me a late check out. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety and delicious fresh coconut water at breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying here.

Great premises on a great location still most important the staff - reception, consierge, security, restaurants, cleaning, gym and everyone - perfectly understand customer care.

The view of my room was as expected. The breakfast became even a better experience due to extra effort from Anna and Leila, every morning. The room was regularly cleaned, and bathroom items were sufficiently supplied if needed. The restaurant food was very good.

The maintenance of the room in the bathroom area had better be improved to meet the criteria for a 5* hotel. The light bulbs were not changed/fixed despite leaving a message at the reception. The water pressure was very reduced on the last day of our stay (Just a thread of stream). The same happened last time when we had stayed in the hotel (in 2019). Apparently, the water pressure is a risky business in this hotel. The ordered food at the restaurant (for dinner) could be changed without notifying the customer. For example, I asked for prawns, but I got shrimp.
