The family rooms are brilliant- so much space, a great layout. Traditional fixtures with nice touches. The pools are great - we had fun on the slide! Breakfast has a great selection and it changed slightly every day which was nice. Very attentive staff. Location was great for us - just slightly off the Main Street so was quiet but a 10 minute walk-to 2 different new beaches. The Landmark Night Market is great for food. The hotel was quiet quiet when we were there - it deserves to be busier. If we come back we would 100% stay here again.

Just a minor thing but the sun beds are a strange choice - metal when black pvc cushions - they are very hot!

The pool and slide was great for the children. Very good location too. Close to shops, restaurants, markets, boat trips etc.

We enjoyed the duplex room (which included a queen bed on the loft) with vaulted ceiling. They felt large and spacious and were on the top floor which had a nice view of the pool. Even the standard rooms (non-duplex) were large and had the option for a connecting balcony to room next door. Both rooms and buildings are done in a traditional Thai style which is beautiful. Pool was large and very clean. I enjoyed the pool bar and thought cocktail drinks were good. Appreciated the “Happy Hour” deals. The traditional Thai architecture of the buildings, beautiful Thai artwork and furniture, the greenery, etc. made this resort feel unique, beautiful and authentic.

After our first night, we did have to move from duplex room (top floor) in one building across to a standard room (bottom floor) due to water tank breaking. I didn’t mind the transfer, however the new building had stairs and no ramp/elevator which meant luggage needed to be carried. The stairs were not lit at night and made it dangerous to walk up/down. In fact, much of the outdoor space was not well lit at night to include all stairs which made it dangerous to walk (especially if slippery).

Third time staying here and always so amazing.

The hotel facilities were fantastic with large restaurant, several bars, landscaped gardens and three swimming pools. the hotel is also very well situated with many bars and restaurants nearby. the main strip and beach is also just a short walk away. We had a room with garden view which included aircon, safe, en-suite bathroom, balcony and a very comfortable bed. would highly recommend.

There was nothing to dislike, it was all great.

Swimming pools were clean, staff was friendly, location was good - away from the noisy center, few minutes on foot from the beach, just a few steps from the good restaurant and a 7-11. Rooms are very spacious with two levels.

Staff's English could have been better. Prices of the laundry are crazy - 350 bhat for a shirt - in the laundry next to the hotel it was 40 for a kg. Breakfast were a little dull. The lightning in the room is very strange and I could not figure it out entirely for the whole 5 days.

Breakfast was fantastic, different things and great choice each day even during low season. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy 10 minute walk to shops and beach with great restaurants just outside the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Happy hours and live music at night, again during low season! Would definitely stay again.

Kids had great fun on the water slide at the pool but it could do with a repaint as it was a bit rough

Needs lights at nighttime as you are walking up steps paths are to dark Thought it would of had a view of the bay as being high up but a big old run down hotel in front of it

Room was really comfortable and much bigger than expected. The gardens were wonderful. The pool is lovely, never busy in the quiet zone, always loungers available but water very warm! Good breakfast.

Rooms rather run down, blood stains on sheets when we arrived and bath very grubby looking.

Room was spacious and clean. Impressed with the welcome drink. Big swimming pool. The location not too far from the Aonang beach. Staff were friendly especially the security man.

The receptionist need a bit more improve how to greet the customer and pay more attention to the customer.
