We have a very nice experience in this hotel!! I saw in the booking the reviews and I can affirm: THEY DESERVE MORE STARTS AND BEST RATES! The room are extremely clean as well so the full hotel! The location is the best point about this hotel! Just 5 minutes walking from the pier where you get the boats to go to another Krabi’s beach as Railay, Pha Nang and Ton. ( 15 min by long tail) Around you will have EVERYTHING you need: a big option is restaurants, a mini market with EVERYTHING, coffee shops, pharmacy. The staff is 10/10!!! NOTHING TO COMPLAIN!

Great staff at the reception, special mention to Chaba who spoke great English, helped us with many questions and with booking various day trips. We got a much better price for the tours compared to booking elsewhere, so it's recommended to book through the resort. It was convenient that we can buy breakfast on the spot every day. Quiet resort yet close to the main street. Nice swimming pool and several great restaurants nearby. We got a room upgrade upon check-in. I think the two room types look the same, but perhaps the difference is that it's on a high floor? Either way, we had a great stay.

Some of the staff wasn't that fluent in English, so we had to wait for a colleague to come.

The staff was really friendly, helped to book transfers and tours. Towels were changed every day, the room was kept clean. Breakfast buffet had some choice: eggs, noodles, rice, meat, bread, fruits, yogurt, sweets, juice, coffee, tea. Coffee was ok, at least not instant. I like the placement of my room, just above the canteen with the balcony over the passage way full of trees. 7-eleven, restaurants, food, exchange, massage, laundary are nearby.

No slippers in the room, no cotton discs, the facilities were pretty old. The breakfast: I don't like how they make eggs, also I think the hot dishes should be warmed up, but the food was pretty cold.

The room that they provided to us was big and fully equipped and on the fifth floor as requested. The hotel was clean, and we specifically liked the swimming pool included in the complex and available to all clients. The room that we selected had a shower and a bathtub. There is a supermarket 7eleven nearby and the night market of Ao Nang is 5 minute walk from it.

Some insects in the common area but I think it’s normal in a tropical country. Shower pressure was weak and made it difficult for those who have long hair.

Welcoming and helpful staff who helped arrange activities and transportation, clean spacious rooms with a nice balcony,, very comfortable beds, pretty good location

There were two showers which could be great, but one was the overhead kind but it was a bit wonky so most of the water came down one of the edges... the other shower in the bathtub had no curtain so floor got a bit wet. Minor things really though!

Check in was quick and friendly, and we had a room upgrade. Room was a good size, and spotless. Housekeeping staff brilliant, loads of hot water. Pool was crystal clear. Didn't use for breakfast as not a fan of buffet however it looked fairly busy. Would stay again if in the area

Very friendly welcome by the staff. They helped us with everything we needed and the location is perfect in the middle if you want to go towards the beach and see some shops and restaurants or going to the Landmark night market which is 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is just what you need because it is cheap.

Nice clean and modern rooms. Very helpful staff. Close to a few restaurants and everything you might need. It's also between the massive night market as well as the main strip of bars and clubs, about 10 minute walk in either direction.

The hotel itself was nice, beautiful pool, not so warm water. The view in the cheaper rooms is not very nice, but the poolside views are better. Location is a bit far from center, but you can walk there about 20 min.

Only what i didn't like was the view from our balcony, baddest of all hotels we were in our 1 month trip.

The room was really spacious, clean, modern, comfy The location for me was perfect, one direction from the hotel took you to a quieter but beautiful beach and the other took you to the busier livelier side. I loved my stay and even extended a day direct with the hotel on the day I was due to leave
