A great value for money resort I must say. We booked the comfort triple room. Room was really big with a separate sitting area and a cool balcony. It was not as spotless as you would get in a 5 star, but quite neat and clean. They provided basic amenities like towel, handwash, shower gel, shampoo, water bottle, tea and coffee etc. The room had a nice view - in front of the swimming pool. The whole resort is beautiful with a eco resort vibe. It’s really calm and peaceful. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. The resort has 2 pools to chill on a hot day.

Location is the main problem - it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach. However, they have a free shuttle that leaves to ao nang beach every hour. For pick up from Ao nang, you need to call them. It’s great - however if the shuttle left twice an hour it would have been better. Wifi strength was not satisfactory - at least in our room. Breakfast had variety of options - however the taste was neither great nor bad. They (most probably) don’t have a gym which is a minus point.

The location was great as it was away from the busy town but with great easy access via the shuttle. The staff were brilliant and helpful to all our needs, the rooms were very tidy and looked after. The breakfast was great also.

Slight sewer smell on occasion outside but I think this is common anywhere in area. May be a bit quiet for younger travellers.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area , restaurant and the hotel garden area were nice and beautiful. The staffs are very attentive, friendly and professional. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing staying at the Green View Village Hotel.

There were a few things that needs improvement. The water from the shower wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. Also, even though there were lots of options for the included breakfast , they weren’t warm. They didn’t keep the stainless steel buffet server warm. The mattress was very hard as well. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing staying at the Green View Village Hotel.

this hotel has stunning scenery. the location is great, the street has its own few good restaurants and bars. the walk down to the beach is nice, we also took the free shuttle on occasion which was very convenient. the room is a good size, clean and cleaning staff left us fresh items eg towels, toilet roll outside daily when we didn’t want our room cleaned. the breakfast was alright!

the walls are paper thin. we could hear absolutely everything from outside and unfortunately we had some inconsiderate guests staying near who didn’t even try to keep their voices down and constantly slammed doors all day long. though even if someone wasn’t being exceptionally loud you could still easily hear this :(

As a single mum travelling with her 10 year old son. What can I say from start to finish they went above and beyond. The staff are second to none. I my one is a picky eater and boilt eggs was not on the menu but made him some every morning for breakfast. The selection was amazing also. The rooms and the pools where always cleaned. And the reception where jus so helpful booked trips from the hotel 2jich where cheeper than get your guide, booking.com and on the street. A free transport every hour to the beach. Along with bolt and grab not picking up most of the locations the reception arranged taxi to the ferry. Highly recommended we will be back.

Definitely the best stay we had during our trip to Thailand. This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. We stayed in a Comfort Double Room with Balcony which had amazing panoramic views of the surrounding karst cliffs as well as the luscious grounds of the property. The rooms were huge, and included a separate seating area upon entry, and a sizeable terrace at the other end. The beds were a full king size and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and included both sweet and savoury options. Both pools had great views of the cliffs and you could order drinks and smoothies to drink by the pool from neighbouring cafes since the hotel bar does not offer everything. Will definitely return to this hotel whenever we are back in Ao Nang.

Spacious room, clean, nice bathroom, balcony, swimming pool just down the room, cute cats around, generally calm and relaxing atmosphere, scooter renting at the reception, beautiful gardens, butterflies and birds around (and a monitor lizard), good breakfast, nice staff, close to food and 7/11, hourly shuttles to the beach.

Starts to get old (ex, some worn out spots, fan switch broken), thin walls (can hear the light switches clicking from the room beside), a few mosquitoes (some stagnant water in pots) in the diner area.

It was a huge property with lot of greenery and multiple pools.

On the first day the ac was not working. We had checked in around 10pm and it was 12 am by the time we slept as we had to switch to a different smaller room. The person took a lot of time to confirm that the ac was really not working 😌. It would have good to check the facilities in the room before giving to guests. Lot of hotels turn on the ac before guest enters the room. The next day ac was fixed and we had to again move back to our original room.

We got the room with pool access and it was really nice. They actually have two pools onsite. Ask for pool towels at the reception. The location is really nice, you feel like in the middle of a jungle, waking up with birds singing! It is around 20 minutes walking from the beach but they provide a shuttle every hour. Breakfast is okay, some fruits coffee, continental buffet. They can cook omelettes or fried eggs upon request. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room and thy give water bottles every day.

Room could use some renovations, bit of mould in the shower 3% fee on credit card payment Missed to have hand towels in the room None of those issues spoiled the experience but I feel is good to point that out to other guests

- Quiet environment, nature, lovely view on the mountains; - Not too far from the beach (about 20' by foot); - Lots of shops and restaurants nearby; - Friendly and efficient staff; - Presence of a mini-fridge, kettle, tea & coffee; - Possibility to rent a motorbike, to have laundry done at normal market price, etc. - Nice swimming pool

- Rooms could be cleaner; - Lots of mosquitos, that can enter the room because the door is not tightly closed, - Average bathroom, no air extraction; - The curtains are not enough to create obscurity, all the more so that there's a small window without any curtains; - Poor soundproofing of the bungalows; - No bar, in the evening no restaurant. Very basic restaurant at daytime; - The surrounding area is not appealing and not very close to the beach; - The free shuttle is cancelled at peak hours "because of traffic jams". We were told to go on foot, that would be quicker. We hired motorcycles, there are shops nearby. The hotel prices are a bit higher (about 20%) than outside.
