The venue is in an area lush green, Nice view to the mountains. The staff are very polite and helpful. The area is quite calm and there is about 1km to the bars and restaurants.

The area is strong muslim so 5 times a day the mujahidin call to prayer. This include at dawn and at night. Quite irritating. Another issue was the noise from room to room. It was easy to hear what our neighbors was doing. We also heard his mobile telephone on vibrator at 06:00 through the wall. Something that could be fixed easy are the doors. The front door was fitted with a door closer. And every time the door closed it gave a big bang in the building. If the management installed small rubber cushions in the door opening this could be helped.

Very nice area, surrounded by Palm trees and amazing view to the mountains. Good breakfast and pretty nice Pool! If possible ask for a room at the 4th floor, it has the best view :) Very clean and beautiful hotel! Much less loud thank the hotels at the main street. Free shuttle Service to aonang beach!

Once we had small ants in one bed, what is always possible at Thailand, and the Lady at the reception was not able to give new sheets for the bed, cause the housekeeping was already gone. After we asked several times she gave fresh sheets to us. Stains on the towels.

Gorgeous location, beautiful view of the limestone cliffs! The pool was clean and warm, clean spacious room. Loved the patio space at the back of #64, it felt private and it was nice to have a space with a view of the cliffs to have my morning coffee! The breakfast was OK, you had all the basic foods and drinks. The main road are within walking distance so if you want to venture out for snacks and other things then it's right around the corner The beach/busier shops are about a 20min walk which is no problem if you like to walk around. They also had shuttles to bring you down to the beach. Lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. Would stay again!

It's was all great! The shower pressure could have been better. ( this bothered my husband, but I thought it wasn't that bad)

Breakfast was ok. There was fresh coffee/tea, an egg station, fresh juices, bread/toast, pastries, salad bar and other hot dishes. The pool area is lovely, very relaxing. However, there aren't enough sun loungers for guests and unfortunately, some guests put their towels out to reserve beds which go unused for many hours and stops other guests from being able to sit by the pool. The location is nice, it has a few restaurants, coffee shop and other amenities within 2-3mins and lots more places within a 5-10min walk. The accommodation offers a shuttle service to the beach, that leaves on the hour and drops you off right by the beach. The staff were lovely but a few were unable to speak english so it was difficult to ask for advice, suggestions or information at times. Rooms are cleaned as and when requested, beach towels are provided and water bottles replaced daily.

The accommodation needs to think about telling guests that sun loungers around the pool cannot be reserved and left unused/attended for more than 20mins and if they are, towels will be removed to allow the guests to use the facilities.

Clean, quiet, just outside of the centre but walkable. Nice restaurant close by! Pizza and Thai. Radarom Spa at the end of the street gave the best massage in Thailand! Saw some comments, There are pillows at the pool now. Still not enough chairs. Breakfast is great. Not per se child friendly, although there were a few kids (blegh!) will stay again. Upgrade to ‘villa’ is worth it

Honestly, everything was great. If I had to say something: the pool is losing a few tiles, the shower next to the pool is broken and they charge 600 baht to the airport. Minivans are 150, and taxis also cheaper.

great location, far from the busy center of aonang, but still walkable distance to the restaurants, shops very nice surroundings, everything was well kept, great pool with amazing view very good breakfest taxi to the beach was very handy clean room and shower with view the hotel was calm, not too many guests, very relaxed atmosphere

staff was very nice, but the ability to speak english was a little bit limited, which is not a problem, until you need to discuss something more specific the towels were not in good condition - too washed out, not 100% clean the services provided were quite limited - that was not a problem for me, but for some people it could be too basic (no alcoholic drinks except beer, restaurant offers 4-5 dishes and very good smoothies, but closes at 3 pm)

What a lovely place to stay whilst in Aonang. This place is set away from the main strip which is perfect. They provide a shuttle until 9pm which will drop you off (on the hour) and pick up up when you are ready to go back. Breakfast was great everyday. Pool is lovely. Staff are friendly and, you can get a massage on site. Rooms are big and comfortable. Air con is excellent. Basically, stay here! There’s a really good Thai cafe at the end of the road. Go here. Oh, the views of the cliffs are spectacular!

If you want to walk to town then it’s a little far out but, they have the shuttle and it’s easy to get back

This was the perfect hotel for us. It was out of town, but not too far. The hotels' complimentary taxi made getting down to the beach/town centre very easy. Getting back there at night was made very easy with the availability of the many tuk-tuks, which only cost about 150baht. The pool was great, but could do with a few more sunbeds. The breakfast was great, with enough variation to satisfy everyones needs really. There are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance, which are much better and cheaper than the ones downtown, if you fancy a quiet night.

The usual anti-social behaviour of certain guests, who think it is acceptable to put a towel on sunbeds first thing in the morning and don't turn up to use them for hours. Not entirely the hotels fault, but they should have systems in place to prevent this practice, as should all hotels.

We always stay at this resort when visiting Krabi. It must be the best for this level hotel in Ao Nang. It is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean, offers good level services and breakfast, and the staff is great. Location is slightly away from the busy part of Ao Nang, which makes for a slightly longer walk to the center but still walkable, and they also offer a shuttle once per hour. Excellent value and always a great experience.

While it didn’t detract from the overall experience, addressing some very minor maintenance items here and there would help keep the grounds in the great shape we have met in prior stays when the hotel was newer.

Beautiful situation with the hills and a little more breeze than we expected. The room and pool were great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Shame there was no bar to sit at in the evening. We used the two local restaurants on the three nights we were there. The free taxi service 9-9 back and forward to Ao Nang town was a bonus. We found Ao Nang town to be rammed with tourists and shops and a beach that wasn't as clean as we'd been used to. Plenty of young people and night life if it's what you want but not near the hotel. It's good to see people with different beliefs living and working together so well.

It's a shame there was no bar/cafe near the pool or in the hotel. You can buy a can of beer but there's no glass. It may be because the area is more Muslim which we didn't really know.
