The property was very quiet and beautiful. Even the natural sounds of insects and birds added to the ambience. Staff were lovely. Overall, a lovely resort.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. But if I had to nit pick, while the breakfast was good, it became quite repetitive. But that’s pretty common in most hotels. :)

The staff was excellent , when you call them to come for you with the buggy . They come express . For the food at your villa they come express. Nice infinity pool . Nice villa and very comfortable . I was happy that I enjoyed my start of New Year in it .

everything was perfect.. it was away from all the city sounds, ppl and all major attractions mainly beaches but we preferred it that way.. so we throughly enjoyed the stay the villa was like into the jungle, u wake to the birds singing around, it feels so relaxing n refreshing.. the staffs were very nice and hospitality was good. breakfast had decent options and was good too more than us, our kid loves the stay

the place inside the jungle, you will be away from the city with fabulous sounds nature with different birds and animals, definitely recommended

you will bother from the sound that will be awake you in begin of sunrise the other thing you will find some bugs or annoying mosquito around you, keep you room close at night, and don’t forget your lotions and spray that keeps mosquito away from your body

Don’t really know where to begin. Everything exceeded our expectations. The Villa was a dream house with a dream view. Staff was the nicest I’ve ever seen. They pick you up from your villa and drop you off anywhere at the resort at anytime. Food and breakfast at the restaurant is simply amazing with options for everyone (even soya milk if you don’t want regular milk). Ask for Tum at the Restaurant (he’s the responsible at the restaurant and he was amazing). When returning to Phuket, we’ll definitely go back to Villa Zolitude.

Nothing really, other than due to its location a lot of Bolt Drivers will cancel your trip to or from the hotel, but the reception at the hotel is kind enough to call a regular taxi for you right away. Price difference between Bolt and Taxi is not significant in my opinion.

It was an experience includes joy, peace, nature and always prefer to stay there once again. The pool and villas are excellent and I would kindly special thanks to all stuff who are very kind and respectful and always give a quick response what we need. We had also massage experience and the atmosphere of location was decorated in detail and feel very nice and peaceful during treatment. The breakfast and the restaurant location was excellent and very well enough for each kind preference. The location was also okey to reach other places to visit by taxi. Not far away from Patong beach and old city (30 min) Well worth to stay here away from crowded Patong beach places.

Everything. Brilliant place if you want a relaxed time. Nestled in the middle of nature, the villas notched in a hilly terrain, give you brilliant views of the green around. The private swimming pool, excellent customer service and staff, brilliant breakfast, and the villas which are very beautiful and clean and last but not the least the marvellous spa provides an excellent relaxing experience. Special shout out to Khun Sah who manages the spa. Do not miss her massage. Her hands have magic. We took a massage from her every day. Also from the restaurant, I would like to mention Tom, Da,Dau and Eke from the restaurant who were brilliant in their service.

I had one problem i was using digital credit card when i was booking and digital credit card changed its number every transaction And the hotel need to confirm the credit card number that you booked with the same credit card you have with you so when i arrive there big problem and i needed to pay again and first amount well be refunded and it well take between 30 to 40 days to get the refund and im still waiting also (there is a lot of mosquitoes )

- That is a very nice facility in the middle of a jungle. You do not expect such comfort in such a natural area. - The facility is very quiet, it will make you feel peaceful. - Private pool is nice in the villas (although little small). - Great food in the restaurant and in the breakfast time.

- Mosquitos... Although the facility provides you with the necessary equipment, they are everywhere. - I may understand it is hard to deal with natural residents of the forest outside; but rooms should be better equipped to deal with this. The staff was helpful to provide a net for the bed, which was under attack by the lizard poo. - The facility looks little worn and torn. It needs renovation (which, I understand, they started in some of the areas)
