The location benefits from free pickup for many trips in the region. Beach, smaller shops and many restaurants are close and easy to reach by foot.

We didn't like that the majority of other guests were Russian and therefore the feeling of being in Thailand was dampened. Water pressure was inconsistent, this was sometimes annoying when washing hands or showering. The Minibar was just a fridge with waterbottles. We would have appreciated the opportunity to buy e.g. soft drinks and chips in the room. Quite hard beds.

The complimentary breakfast was great. Excellent location; 2 mins to a 7-11, 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to bars. Swimming pool is clean with a nice view towards the sea. Rooms were clean with great air conditioning and well appointed bathrooms.

The pool area only had 6 loungers and could have done with some tables and parasols. The balconies (on the garden) are only big enough for a single chair The road outside can be very busy and tricky to cross.

Room / hotel in general was very clean and well maintained. We were travelling with a large family group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Beds were comfy, breakfast buffet was great (all tasty, lots of options), great shower, plenty of cupboard/storage space. It's nice and quiet but in a great location - 1 minute to the beach, 30 seconds from cafes/7-11/restaurants/bars/nail salons/tattoo shops etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing buffet breakfast. Nice room. Nice pool. Huge bathroom with rain shower. Excellent location, a couple minutes' walk from the beach, handy to 7-Eleven, street food and restaurants, and on the airport bus route.

No shade at the pool, and the pool with the best views was closed. The towels were stained. The bathroom was stinky at times.

the property was close to the beach a few mins walk and restaurants were the next road along. opposite a coffee shop as well and the lake. the infinity pool was great for sunset. breakfast was a good selection with fresh omelettes etc..

only thing I would say is there could be more sun-beds at the pool.

The room was towards the street connecting to Patong. The sound during the night made very difficult sleeping. A double glass or higher soundproofing would be needed in such rooms The pillows where 2 but of only one type : too hard and high for a tasting -> would be nice to have at least 2 types

Decent room and was a great location to go out and explore either on foot or even better by motorcycle. Breakfast was also pretty nice but the coffee needs to be a better quality or machine type rather than filter.

All round decent hotel in great location and maybe just the rooftop pool could do with a spruce up.

Very good location close to the beach. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms were spacious enough.

Very moldy rooms, the smell is constant. The AC is loud and doesn't cool the room in its entirety. We had to change rooms because the first one was unlivable with the amount of mold, you can clearly see it on the walls.

The room was clean and the bed was confortable

I think you need something suitable to put wet beach clothes on (on the balcony you could have a good place and something located on the wall for that purpose)
