Lovely huge room with great views. Three pools means you can pick the quietest one if you wish. Helpful and friendly staff. Shower was powerful.

I laughed before going to this hotel at all the comments re the steps as it is a hotel in a hill, what did people expect! But seriously, there are A LOT of steps which are unavoidable. After twisting an ankle this became a bit more challenging to get around the hotel! Breakfast bang average. Weird smell in bathroom of sewage.

- Great location near the beach and shops & restaurants. Bus stop also near. - Room was very clean, bed comfortable. - Complementary water bottles and coffee machine in the lobby. - Kind and helpfull staff.

- Restaurant (also the breakfast buffet) was quite expensive, but food very basic. Better & cheaper food elsewhere in the area. - A lot of stairs. I didn't mind, but not suited for people with mobility issues.

What i loved about the hotel was that it was modern, bright and full of greenery. The staff was all very pleasant and always will make you feel welcomed. There's help everywhere whenever you need it. The location was a few minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants and most importantly 7/11!!! Additionally, the views from the room and balcony was really nice. we got alot of sunlight and also lovely view of the mountain behind the hotel.

The one thing that may be a drawback for some people is the stairs that you have to use to get to the room. it may be too tiring and strenuous for some people, especially in the heat.

Nice hotel near the sea (literally 5 minutes walk to Karon beach). Also nearby within walking distance of the market, stop with a bus going to the shopping center. Around a lot of cafes, massages, etc. The hotel has great pools. The rooms are quite clean and pleasant. Fast wi-fi. Transfers from many tour operators are also available from this hotel. The breakfast is not very tasty, but it will do. Overall, I recommend it for the price. Service is good.

There are a lot of ants if you do not remove the edible waste immediately (they crawl in columns on any candy wrapper). Also on the way to the sea in front of the hotel there is a rather dirty and dirty lake. In the hotel itself, of course, the smell is not felt, but on the way to the sea it spoils the view a little.

We loved our 5 day stay here and will be booking this hotel again if we go back to Karon beach, everything was perfect, they gave you free coffee or tea in reception all day everyday.

Very nice pool area and pool/beach towel service. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good pizza in the pool bar at a reasonable price. Drinks from pool bar reasonably priced too. Good location being close to a selection of restaurants/bars and a 7 Eleven so you can stock up the fridge in the room. Room clean with plenty of space for two people. Large balcony with side sea view. Not far from the beach. Safety deposit box easy to use.

Room perhaps a little dated/tired but overall good and clean. There is a shower curtain but it is far enough away from the shower so it's not a problem...does not attack you mid shower! Please be aware that this hotel is not good for anyone who has mobility issues. There are steps throughout the complex as it is built on the side of a hill. Good views but a lot of steps. The pool temperature was a bit too warm.

Location was great, breakfast excellent, even with vegan options. This is our fourth time at Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort and praises go to all the staff, especially Ms Tan, the Manager. We felt welcome and looked after. The room service is great and they are very quick in delivering food to 5th floor. The choice of food is not big, but there are options for everyone.

Nothing the hotel can do, but there was a festival and they were loud near the beach. We could hear them playing until midnight. The earplugs worked.

The rooms are nice and big. Breakfast was excellent with both Thai and Western style. People there are very nice. Hotel provides you with 4 bottles of water everyday after room service. Hotel is close to the beach with a short walk.

Hotel has many stairs before you get to the elevator and to your room. Couldn't connect to the WIFI the last two days of stay. The water gets everywhere while taking a shower making the floor wet.

This is a nice well maintained resort. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Resort has Two big swimming pools. 5 mins walk to Karon beach. Plenty of restaurants all at a walking distance from the resort. Their in house dining is fabulous too. They have a limited menu, but every dish was so well made. Highly recommend this place.

six years after our previous visit to this hotel showed that it is really good to be back to the place you know.

guys! do something with the noise in the mornings:) your team is starting to work really early, and we did hear their ringing phones, talks, laughing- it is ok, but we didn’t expect any wake up moments
