The hotel is right across the street from 7/11 and is next to a bunch of restaurants and massage parlors. The days and nights are full of people which I really liked. I traveled alone but never felt alone. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Aside from location, the room was comfortable. The shower head is in the bathroom and not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which was ok. This is not typical in America so it wasn't something I was used to but the shower still worked great.

Great value for the money at Karon Beach. Our room was on the 3rd floor, right over the main entrance facing the 7/11 (great coffee!), which was good and bad. We had a fun time people watching from our great balcony, but it could be a little loud at times. Though Karon Beach i pretty tame (unlike Patong), so it was never a major issue. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was fine and the A/C worked great. The beach was close enough and it was beautiful! There were plenty of amazing restaurants right by the hotel.

Our biggest issue was the wifi in our room. It was very spotty and worked best by the door. We were at the end of the hall, so they may need to add a repeater so those rooms can have better service. The room was a little small but we made it work.

such a good place for the best price! we enjoyed it so much the room had a little balcony that we could sit in, the stuff was so amazing and friendly and helped us with everything we needed! the walk to the beach is so short and we also loved the area itself it was calm and felt like one of the smaller islands definitely recommended!!!

you need at least 20 minutes drive to get into the more “famous” places of phuket, which we didn’t mind that much but take it to your consideration

Very clean, modern room with a little balcony. The WiFi was fast and worked steadily. The staff was very friendly and we had nothing to complain. An 7-11 was right across the street and some nice restaurants are near, too. We could park our scooter right behind the house. We can highly recommend it!

Its a simple hotel, expect nothing fancy but a clean, well managed accommodation!

Newly renovated building.Room is small, but you get all you need. If you are lucky as I was, get the room facing the back yard, so it’s quiet.

It’s always very hot in the bathroom.

Clean Good location

Much smaller than it seems in the pictures, ok for one person on a short start but that is because there is not much space to put your clothes and your luggage. Good curtains for the sun but it would be nice to have a second set to prevent everyone to see you from the outside

Very friendly staff. I had check in after 2 pm, but my room was ready in 9 am. A lot of space in room. I travel with my road bike and keep it in room. Very adorable quality of cleaning service. Highly recommended. I think next time I also get this apartment.

weak wifi signal noise - you can hear everything from the street and from the corridor. the ceiling rumbles as reckless russian-speaking tourists stomp until 4am. / my experience over the last month is that they generally can't use the door handle, they slam all the doors :-( /

The room was lovely, the location was great, just a short walk to Karon Beach and right next to shops and restaurants. The woman who worked on reception was soooo nice and helpful!

construction work happening - it was very loud and we weren’t given any prior warning. it wouldn’t stop us staying there again but it would have been nice to know as it did disturb our sleep.
