The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. There's everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, scooter rental, etc. The room was comfortable although you can hear all the noises from the hallway. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff!!!! Mr.Somphop smiling at you as if you were the mostly awaited guest. Very clean hotel (my room was cleaned every day)! Good location from the point of view of road or noisy restaurants - rooms windows looked sideways, not to the road, so it wasn't noisy in the room and no singing at night. A little bit far from the beach, but after a couple of days walking it was ok - too much eating needs a lot of walking! The description of the room corresponded the reality completely!!!!

No kettle in the room (but it was possible to take hot water on the first floor, free of charge). No hairdryer (though it wasn't mentioned in description, I just didn't read it - so, my fault)

I loved the price, cleanliness and hospitability of the staff. This was exactly what you would expect from a basic hotel. At the moment of our stay it was one of the most affordable SHA Plus hotels.

The only thing that bothered me was a window between the toilet and the living room. I stayed with my husband and son, so I felt extremely uncomfortable every time I had to use the toilet.

Good location. Short walk to the beach. Grocery shop and pharmacy near by. Night marker 5 minutes walk from this place. Easy to travel to different island spots. You can rent a a nice scooter from the host, good price. Clean and safe rooms. No concerns. Isolated from crowded places, so quite nights guarantee.

When you just land in Phuket used public bus to reach this hotel (3€ ) only! The owner is so kind and friendly that you feel in confidence immediately. Hotel is central but quiet and very clean. Perfect to get rest after long flight. I recommend that place!

The place is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice, there's everything you need, and there's also a balcony with a dryer. I also liked the interior and the style of the hotel and the room. There's a minimarket and a bunch of nice restaurants just outside.

There was a small leak near the toilet in the bathroom, and the wi-fi connection isn't really good, but none of these was actually a problem.

Great value for money. Very clean. Very polite staff. Close to the beach and the center. Our room was surprisingly quiet, although the hotel is located on a busy street.

Don't expect luxury. The bed is hard for European standards, but this seems to be normal for Thailand, and after all, we slept well in it. You need to leave a 1000 baht deposit when you register, so carry some cash.

The extra service for which I paid was the transportation that the hotel provided from the airport. I met my fiancée in Phuket and she stayed with me at the hotel. The hotel personnel treated her well after i had to be quarantined and I was no longer with her. Also, the hotel arranged for a family relative to drive us around one day when we wanted to visit some sites. Although we paid to be driven around, we agreed on a price and I felt quite comfortable that someone associated with the hotel was driving us around.

The air conditioner in the first room we were assigned on the first night did not work. When it was determined that it was not an easy fix for the air conditioner, we were given another room. We had no other problem at the hotel..
