Amazing place to stay! Had a riverside view in which you could swim in. Staff were all so lovely and generous. Location was great as we could explore the caves and we were right next to the national park. The staff also was able to help us with some day trips at a very good price. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights with two children. Both guys running the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us organize canoe trip and night jungle tour, both were great, we saw lots of animals. We organized a trip to the lake by ourselves (with some local agency) and it was quite a disappointment. If you want to do some activities around, trust Jonatan and Calvin, they know local people and make everything go smooth and as you expect. Especially thanks to Jonatan for his knowledge about rain forrest and nature which he shared with us, we loved talking to him and learned a lot. We'll be back. The location is very quiet, we had a river bungalow and sleeping there was very relaxing. The food at the restaurant was also really good.

The bed cover had yellow stains and it was teared. ABOUT A TOUR WE BOOKED WITH THEM: We booked an “overnight lake stay” with them, and they told us we would travel with 18-20 people. The trip was horrible, we travelled in a packed minivan to a packed boat, with a rude guide for 1.5 days. The food they served us for breakfast and lunch was tasteless, and the waterfall hike took almost two hours to walk not even 2km (but what can you expect when hiking with 40-45 people?). Obviously we also didn’t see any wildlife. The lake and the location were beautiful, but I am glad the tour is over.

Amazing place and location. Feels comfy and safe, but you can enjoy the jungle vibe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all the place is brilliant and it’s really cool that the hosts managed to keep it in quite good condition despite of the humid climate. The nature is beautiful and if you like nature you should definitely stay here. Thank you🙏

One thing is that the lining on the bed was quite old and with some stains on it. Also few pillows had bad smell like a wet dog 😅 I understand that it’s really humid there, but it was not so pleasant to sleep and smell that during the night. Maybe there’s some way to make it better and cleaner.

Everything. Totally perfect for me. Incredibly welcoming, gentle kind, helpful and genuinely considerate hosts. This for me goes a long way. Check in a delight, welcomed with an iced butterfly pea juice, delicious.. no further requirements, a first for me. Bungalows in an idyllic peaceful tranquil setting in the depth of the jungle, simply beautiful. Just chilling out in and around my cabin, moseying around the grounds, gathering fruits on my way is a delight and true contentment in itself. Yet all needs are met and accessible regardless of how you chose to travel or how you chose to spend your time. You can walk to the local village quite comfortably, and there’s a cave to explore on your own on the grounds. A real added bonus is the on site Restaurant. Delicious tasty, wholesome food, best I’ve eaten in Thailand to date. You are provided with drinking water as and when you request. If you are looking for a genuinely peaceful tranquil authentic experience in nature with wonderful hosts, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Silver Cliff.

The location was absolutely stunning. We stayed in a cliff facing bungalow surrounded by nature and near a small river that you can swim in, which runs past a cave system. The hosts Jonno and Calvin took us along with others, into the caves to explore after sunset which felt like an adventure on its own. They have a lovely restaurant facing the cliff with very tasty Thai dishes to choose from and a great range of beverages. They also organised our tours for us at a very reasonable price, compared to booking with other tour operators. We went along to the cooking tour, night hike in the jungle in Khao Sok National Park, as well as the 1 day lake tour which involved a great boat ride exploring the lake, kayaking, swimming, lunch and also hiking up a waterfall. Jonno and Calvin really made us feel welcome and go above and beyond. We ended up staying longer as we didn't want to leave. We plan on stopping over again after exploring the south of Thailand. The hosts and the accommodation are perfect! We couldnt believe what we got for the very affordable price. You sleep right below steep cliffs in the jungle in a cute and cozy bungalow next to a small river. You just hear the noises of nature. In 5 months travelling we experienced the best warm showers in a skyview toilet. The food is amazing and especially the staff as well. They kindly take care of all your needs and are very helpful. There is also an outside gym with wooden weights and a cozy restaurant next to the river.You can book tours (we did the Survival Trip and we can 100% recommend that one - we were 1 week in the jungle of Borneo before and didn't learn half as much). Thanks for the nice stay!

This resort is a little oasis! A hidden gem! The customer service and food are simply exceptional - akin to what one could only hope for (and in my experience rarely gets) in significantly more expensive establishments. The current proprietors have only been in residence a little over a year & are in the process of systematically & sympathetically restoring and improving everything. It is a credit to them (and a minor miracle!) that they have already clearly achieved so much - whilst at the same time they've successfully maintained such excellent standards of everything (the food here is better than you'll experience in 90 percent of restaurants in my opinion!!). The serting is rural. Tranquil. Beautiful. And ideal for exploring either local wildlife, country parks, or taking in any of the several excursions offered. I would have been just as happy to remain and relax within the confines of the resort itself....but we decided to take in the offered day boat trip/raft lunch, too. And we thoroughly enjoyed it. My only selfish reluctance in leaving this positive review is that Silver Cliff may become deservedly very popular! It should. It deserves to. I cannot rate our experience there highly enough - and I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend it to any fellow traveller.

Beautiful resort in the middle of the jungle. We loved our stay here. The bungalows are very cozy and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing and fair priced. You can book really fun tours there and they can also help you to book your transport to your next destination. We also had some nice conversations with the owner David who is very attentive :) I don’t understand the complains about spiders etc. You should expect some of that if you book an accommodation in the jungle. We had a nice frog visiting our bathroom :D Also, it is not directly at the National Park entrance, but they don’t claim it is. And you’re better off with tours anyway which include pickup.

The old bungalows could use a little upgrade:) Easy upgrades would be replacing the mosquito net (some really big holes in there) and adding a towel rack in the bathroom :)

Loved our stay here, the staff were lovely, the price was great. It's right next to a cliff that we saw monkeys and other wildlife on it was really cool. It's definitely in the jungle, so great for wildlife lovers. Restaurant was reasonably priced, and food was nice. We had a really short stay, so it was handy booking trips through them as we were ready to go straight away. we used all our time. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Having not been before initially I was a bit concerned it would be out of the way but it was fine.

Could be more veggie options on the menu in the restaurant (they did make everything we asked for vegetarian on request)
