The bungalows of the Khao Sok Paradise Resort were located in the jungle, surrounded by monkeys and other animals. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The resort offers a lot of tours and adventures, which the staff organises quick and easy for you. Also the tour guides they hired for all of our activities were extremely competent and nice. As we wanted to check out, there was an electricity outage, following their staff helping us with finding a taxi and with the payment (because we could not get cash at the atm with the outage).

The bed was not very comfortable. We booked a bungalow with an outdoor bathroom, since it sounds like a nice experience. However, we did not think about all the animals, that come by at night. We had huge spiders, lizards, various bugs and even a bat “in” our bathroom. The bat even pooped on our towels. This is not a reason why you should not book this resort, because you can also choose rooms with a closed bathroom. Nevertheless, if you feel adventurous and are not scared of big bugs etc. it is definitely worth choosing the outdoor bathroom. We for sure had a laugh!

The immersion into the jungle, the simplicity and beauty of this place , the wild animals who come and visit us and more than everything else : a wonderful staff always ready to help !

It’s little bit dark inside and the lake of side lights may make it difficult for those who like reading their book in their bed. The TV s remotes control are not always functional and irritating 😠 The foods could be improved as it will highlight this beautiful place and will invite us to stay more for lunch and diner.

The setting was perfect, surrounded by nature and very zen. Loved the natural vibe to everything, including the breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was big and has a mosquito net. There was even a foosball machine which was fun. It was easy to organise tour excursions and the staff are easy to talk to. The lake excursion was a bit more pricey than others but still an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

Thought we were getting the hut that we saw in pictures but got a different one instead, we booked pretty late so can't complain. The electricity sometimes pauses but we are surrounded by nature and in a jungle so it's understandable.

The resort is gorgeous, in the middle of the jungle. I stayed in the treehouse and it was so lovely! The room was clean, a bit small but we loved the table and chairs outside, it was like an observation deck for the nature and it was so nice to have a coffee there in the morning or a drink in the evening! Also not many mosquitoes. The staff is amazing, they helped us arranging all possible excursions and transfers, and thanks to them everything worked out great! Absolutely do the overnight trip at the lake (but remember not to book that night in the resort), and if you have time ask if you can stay 2 nights at the lake, I would have loved that!!!

Bathroom is just OK, but yeah, you are in the jungle!

The staff was perfectly lovely and kind. Beautiful location, and I was happily surprised they had a pool! They were happy to organise activities and transport, and they did a flawless job. Also the bartender makes delicious cocktails!

I was surprised at how terrible the restaurant is. Poor food and overpriced. This is especially surprising because everything else was so excellent, and it’s almost impossible to get a bad meal in Thailand. However this doesn’t matter because there’s lots of other delicious food options just outside the resort.

A unique and exciting experience of staying in a treehouse in a rainforest. Due to the rain we were unable to use the outdoor pool or seating on the terrace of our treehouse however both looked lovely. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Very cosy inside and smart TV. Be ready for insects and noises whilst sleeping as this treehouse is in the middle of a rainforest.

Only issue was that our mosquito net had some small holes in that we had to do some DIY to patch up before sleeping.

Perfect location to explore Khao Sok, you can also plan and book trips & activities at the reception. Restaurants, bars shops etc few hundred meters down the road. Cosy & quiet in the jungle. When we arrived we received a refreshing welcome drink, our room included a lovely light breakfast. The trips are well organised (you can leave your luggage at reception if doing the overnight trip) and they also arranged a private taxi for us to the pier.

Everything was lovely. The only thing I thought was a pity was the loud music in the restaurant. The sounds of the jungle are much nicer to listen to.

Lovely people providing excellent services . We were not expecting to perform a night camp during 1 day and half . Hotel has kindly accepted to reimburse that night not used during 24 hours although the short notice Staff is lovely providing us advices all the time . Meals are as good as the one within all restaurants in the main street and at same price . Room within the tree was amazing and very comfortable. Probably the best hotel we have experienced since the beginning of our trip . Night camp in the jungle with a short trek in the forest has been a great experience. Special thank to Bia guide having so much capabilities to build in live cup ,spoon,plate equivalent ,bamboo pan for our night camp . Everything has been cooked on the fire camp including the boiled eggs . We never feel in danger with him in the forest with so many wild animals around .

Great location. Wooden huts up in the trees.Good bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. Helped me with getting a canoo rivertour. Delicious restaurant. Very tasty. Various beer, also Belgian ones.Helpfull employees. They give extra attention to present the dishes well. Silent in the night. Made take away breakfast, because I needed to leave early. Monkeys playing around in the trees. Yes, I am happy I have chosen this place.

Airco had flickering lights all night in room nr 1. Steps are really steep and small. Do not drink too much alcohol, before you are up on your BEAUTIFUL balcony. The bathroom ceiling could use some maintenace. Use of bathgel and shampoo in plastic. Personally I think it is such a waste

General Clean & comfy houses in the jungle offering a true experience. superior tree houses rate include some neat breakfast. Air Con worked good, room service and very very friendly staff, trying to make anything possible. We booked a cooking class, hiking guide and transfer with the hotel and all was fine! 👍🏼

If you have a light sleep Be aware of wildlife on your roof at night. But nothing some ear plugs cannot solve :)
