- The staff is really friendlyyyy, swimming pool and kids club so nice, room is clean, breakfast was so good, car park is safe and secure. - If you are looking for privacy, this hotel is suit for you

- Restaurant's space is very small, can fit few people only - My room was facing construction and it's so noisy i cant even sleep in the morning. - Location a bit far from attractive place, but no too far ( around 4-6km only). If you are travelling by car, its not a problem. - Restaurant dont have halal certificate

The hotel truly lives up to its name, offering excellent facilities that cater to all your needs. The hotel boasts a stunning swimming pool, sauna room and gym room for both relaxation and exercise. The on-site restaurant is a culinary delight, the menu offers a wide variety of dishes and the food is fresh and delicious. Whether you're in the mood for a light lunch or a dinner, the restaurant has you covered. However, the breakfast was just alright, with somewhat limited options compared to the rest of the menu. The room was both comfy and clean. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The room was spacious, with modern decor and all the amenities you could need. The sofa was particularly nice and perfect for lounging. The shower and jacuzzi were excellent, and the fridge in the room was convenient. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The stand are polite, and professional, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Their excellent manners and proficiency in English make communication easy and pleasant.

The only downside to this hotel is its location. There isn't much nearby, which means you'll need to take a taxi to get around the city. However, the availability of taxi and Grab make it easy to reach all major attractions and business areas without too much hassle.

Maybe location is not recommended as it is secluded,but for privacy,its ok for us! Disappointed breakfast does not have halal options,and jacuzzi / swimming pool was not working too on our first day there.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and clean, we had the most relaxing and lovely stay here for 5 nights. This Hotel would not be as exceptional without the staff! they were so accommodating and welcoming throughout and truly made our stay!

The only negative is the location. We thought it was closer to the centre but with grab and taxi services it wasn’t hard to get to the places we wanted and for good, fair prices!

The environment of the hotel is amazing. The room is big and comfortable. Staff attitude is very very good. Staff are all friendly and helpful enough to assist us on anything. With this quality, the price for the hotel is number 1 in hatyai. Affordable price for 5 stars experiences.

The location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes drive away from the city. You will need to have own vehicle or grab everytime you going out.

so mad when the receptionist asking the bottle other hotel the mineral water bottle can take so funny n embrasement when u asking like that plus funny all other food drink u give but seems funny mineral water bottle u asking back! next the food not halal kicthen so sad we only can eat bubur n egg only n fruits

Staff very friendly and give a lot of information especially bell boy helping us to carry our luggage and give some recommendations for food.

I didn’t like about the restaurant because not so clean. For the breakfast menu we found hair on fried rice and waiter already notice but never change the fried rice but still display at food counter. So we hope the make more food for halal in the restaurant.

Super comfortable beds, very big, clean and spacious rooms, nice layout. Toilet has jacuzzi. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Staff and service were excellent.

Location is quite inaccessible. You need to have a car. The signs at the roads leading to hotel were unclear, need to be improved.

Hotel room and facilities are in good condition. Room is spacious. We have comfortable stay. All Staffs are exceptionally friendly and the service is excellent.

Location : if you’re not driving it can be inconvenient as it is not within walking distance to anywhere. However there are plenty of Grab/taxi in the area so it’s not such a big issue for us.
