The hotel is in the heart of Pratunam Market. 400 meters and you in Indra Mall and all the Pratunam side streets and alleys. Location is excellent and within 800 meters of Platinum and Krung Thong Plaza. It is just perfect if you want to do shopping in Bangkok. The BTS station is 500meters away is the ARL line(straight to the Airport), and you can change to the other lines with ease. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist with whatever we needed. I liked the fact that the reception area had a lot of Thailand gifts at extremely reasonable prices and you could pay at the reception with your card for these . there are loads of street food and restaurants around the hotel and because it is Pratunam, clothing and shoes in abundance as well as toys and whatever else you need. I will definitely be back because I cannot list all the advantages of staying in this location.

Good hotel with good budget. The best part is the night market pratunam and the indra square are close to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a convenient place, just next to pratunam market and with alot of shop & facilities nearby. Massage, 7-11, shopping , bar & bistro, alot of restaurant & street food just by walking distance. Just 5-10 mins away from bus station/ BTS. Also alot of taxi & tuk tuk around all the time!

- sound prove can be enhance.... Can hear that people is talking outside the room - bathroom water heater not stable.... It's neither too hot or just cold water, even you had adjust it to the right comfy water temperature to you, but it couldn't make it consistently

The Hotel location is near Pratunam market and it is surrounded with different establishments that you won't ever need to go far just to get your basic necessities. Also, they clean the room daily and provide bottled water everyday, they also have a small store of souvenirs downstairs which is more cheaper and affordable. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

It is just that the other room where my friends stays is near the street so they constantly hear the noise from cars, people outside the hotel since we are also on the 2nd floor. But overall, our stay was memorable.

The staff were really nice. The place is quiet and our request was granted. The room is quite small but cleanliness is maintained. The hotel is also easy to find and not too crowded since it has a decent distance from the market. Just near BTS and easy to look for public transportation even without going to the main road.

The bathroom door of our room is kind of see through and the toilet is literally a few inches from the door, kind of awkward to use it with lights on since you can be seen. The room is also small, and can be hard to fix your stuff if you have big luggages.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, they answered all the questions we had and even helped us find another hotel as we decided last minute that we wanted to stay one more day in the city and this hotel was already booked out. The location is good and surrounded by a lot of street food and commerce. It was easy to walk from the train that connects with the international airport

The only thing I think would give an extra value to the good service we received is having maybe more handy information about touristic attractions, transport and trips around the city

The location was great it was close to the BTS there were plenty of restaurants around the area. The staff was very accommodating and courteous we would recommend this place for those who are always on the go

The room was pretty small but we already know this upon booking and it wasnt really an issue since most of the time we go out to visit temples and try out night markets overall it was still a decent experience and whats important for us is the location and the staff who were very nice to us

Fantastic location in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel's prime location in the bustling hub of Bangkok offers easy access to everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the room provides a sense of security as the elevator requires a hotel card for access. The room is well-equipped.

On the downside, cleanliness was an issue, with the floor covered in hair and dust. The rooms and bathroom were slightly small. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and comfortable amenities make it a decent stay.

Stayed for 2 nights and for the price, it’s a great choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room looks newly decorated, with a comfy bed, nice shower, and reliable internet. The location is good, can walk to Siam in 10-15 minutes. The area is full of small hotels and a large clothes market, busy streets, with lots of places to eat. Also just a 10 minute walk to the Airport Rail line.

The only negative, the roads around the hotel are narrow with lots of 2-way traffic, no sidewalk/pavement to walk on, taxis, tuk-tuks, motorbikes, and lots of people. But overall good value for money.

room was clean and the staffs were approachable. i arrived early and they took care of my stuff while waiting for my check in time. very affordable for its location as well. since it's near in MBK, Siam malls, etc, grab fares were affordable too (100-130 baht per ride). 7/11 is just a minute away and 5 mins ride away from Ratchaprarop airport rail station. will definitely go back soon with my friends.
