The staff were accommodating. The hotel is near the Platinum mall, Central world and Pratunam market. Walkable, less than 10 minutes walk to those places. The nearest train station from the hotel is the ratchaprarop station ( via airport railway link). Less than 10 minute walk. Ratchachewi station ( via Bangkok BTS) is a 1km walk from the hotel. Approximately 15minutes walk.

The walls are thin. I can hear the noise outside( when my neighbors closes their doors, and the noise of the tuktuks in the wee hours in the mornings).

the staff and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Their English were very fluent so there’s no problem for communication. Addition bed will charge 600batt per night

the bed sheet has beg bug, at first we thought is normal bug bite because we had outdoor activities on that day, the next day my leg appeared another bite scares and after google search it was bed bug bite. When we found out is already last day of our trip so didn’t bother to request for changing

LThe staff are very helpful and friendly. They help us to call a taxi while there is raining day. They borrow us umbrella when we exploring nearby shop. They also let us keep our luggage after check out. This service not every hotel willing to provide and some may have extra charges. There is a laundry room provide on the ground floor. The washing machine cost 40baht for 57min and drying machine cost 50baht for 30min. I wash my cloth before come back home so I will not tired after a long journey flight. I’m very happy and enjoying our 3 night stay with Lemontea Hotel. Good service come from great staff. Highly recommended and really appreciate everything. Thank you.

Highly recommend provide 2 dryer to speed up the laundry service. Since there is only one dryer and two washing machine. People will need to wait for other to dry their cloth. Normally only night time is free to do laundry service.

awesome location, the stuff were friendly and very helpful! the room is clean and seems like they did some renovation lately.

the dryer was broken so we couldn't do the laundry at hotel. but the stuff did offer to help and find another way for our dirty clothes.

LemonTea always our 1st choice if we need to be in Pratunam area. There is 7-E beside the hotel which is a bonus as we can get all the necessities including the SIM card.

Room was very clean and all the staff were very nice and friendly! Location is great as it within walking distance to platinum fashion mall and the wholesale market. Lots of street food stalls and cafe nearby too. And the 7-11 convenience store is just beside the hotel. There is also a self service coin operated laundry at ground floor.

The dryer in the laundry didn't seem to work as well as those in laundromat. We had to repeat the drying process twice to get our laundry fully dry. Traffic along the hotel street can get really bad, do be extra careful if travelling with young kids or eldery.

We wanted to go shopping and this is literally round the corner from the Pratunam market which was ideal. Ay / Ae (cannot remember how to spell his name) at reception was AMAZING. He was friendly, helpful and gave good advice. He also assisted us with ordering transport to the airport and Tuk-Tuks while staying there. Furthermore, he offered his help anytime and it sounded genuine. What a star. Lastly, the lemon tea flavored shower gel and shampoo was a special touch. Also the tea welcoming us to the hotel. One can see that the hotel is new and super clean and upmarket.

I know the place is new, and it will come, but when we were there, there was no coffee shop or restaurant or bar of any kind in the hotel. This was not a deal breaker as everything was close by, but would be convenient. Also, it was really hot and a pool would have been great.

Walking distance to platinum shopping mall, centralworld, etc and quite near BACC, MBK etc, also there’s a 711 beside it. The room I got was clean and spacious enough for 1 person, the internet is pretty decent for working remotely, and I liked that it has a balcony. Staff are very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is very nice, the location is excellent, staff super friendly and everything was very clean. The room was nice and spacious, the internet was working well and they even had a laundry room that you can use for a small fee.

We liked everything. The only improvement I can think of is that they could offer breakfast. It is not a huge problem because there are many places nearby, but it would be more convenient. Other than that, we had a great experience.
