Breakfast, pool at floor 16, big rooms, excellent staff, short way to airport (only 15 minutes with ARL train)

Staff were incredibly helpful and never a problem helping out wherever they could. Location, close to metro station only a 5-8 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 13 nights and found it to be well worth the money. We were particularly impressed by the staff, especially the concierge team, Eddy was amazing. Pool was clean and we used it well during our stay. Breakfast was a lovely local but also international selection.

Nothing. The bed was a little hard but that was personal preference.

I absolutely loved how conveniently the hotel was located from Ramkamhaeng Station just a quick 7min walk and the airport was a quick 18min train ride. The buffet breakfast was by far my favourite. With a wide variety of fruits, thai food, drinks, desserts to choose from and pretty much anything you were craving, you could find. I also loved the fact that there were prayer facilities available the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the use of the pool facility was arranged according to the separate times females, males, and family members could use it. I loved this as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Deposit for the room. I found it unnecessary.

The staffs were super friendly and always willing to help us and answer our questions. The food options were excellent. Loved the breakfast buffet. Room service is always on point, and they always provided us with an excellent choice of food options. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amenities were renewed almost every time. It was hectic with a toddler who keeps messing the room around, but housekeeping always ensured that our rooms were spotless before we came back to rest. Overall, we loved how private and cozy our room, the restaurant, and the lobby are. All our requests and questions were attended and it made us happy how attentive everyone was to us. The swimming pool on the 16th floor was a super attractive bonus and it made our kids really happy. Super recommended for families traveling together. We are so happy we chose Al Meroz. If god wills, we are planning to return in the near future.

We have nothing to dislike, however, there are a few areas which we would like to suggest some improvements. * The restaurant food menu could use some kid's menu options. * A taxi concierge service would be helpful for some of the families, as we have to come down and wait in the lobby until a taxi comes. Because of the busy roads, our taxi requests usually come late.

The hotel hospitality. Excellant. Location wise, muslim friendly area and walking distance to skytrain. Food, halal restaurants nearby, walking distance.

Really recommend Al Meroz. Although it is further from the popular shopping areas, it is convenient to have halal breakfast buffet. Staff can speak Bahasa Melayu. Rooms are nice and big, very clean as well. There is a really good halal restaurant nearby called Sophia just a few steps away. Able to get connecting rooms on a higher floor as well.

Wish that the breakfast buffet had more options. Expected more for 390baht per adult. When we arrived, the telephones were faulty but front desk resolved this immediately. The rooms didn't have irons but can just ask the housekeeper.

Nice hotel and great & kind staff. Amazing breakfast every morning.

Location quite far from everything.

Excellent value for money. The lobby, staff and restaurant food is very good. The location is good, they have shuttle service to the train station every two hours. Very clean rooms and all common area of the hotel like foyer, lift, corridors, including the washrooms of lobby area. Staff are very helpful. They room was spacious and comfortable. Had a good night sleep. There is enough water, tea and coffee in the room. Don't expect this to be a like a posh 5 star hotel. It fits more like a 4 star hotel standard when you consider the facilities in the room. However, their pricing is so good, this is something no one should complain about. At their price level, other hotels are no match. This hotel is at Novotel level with a 50% discount.

Internet speed. This they need to work on. The speed is very slow and unstable. I managed with my 4/5G mobile internet. Apart from that there is no other negative to mention.
