The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, they look exactly like in the photos (I stayed in 2 types of rooms). AC works great, it take about on minute to cool the room. Bathroom look new, they are clean, equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, soap, clean towels. It was nice to find 2 bottles of water in the room, I don't always remember to buy after a tour, before going back to my room. In 2 minutes walking radios there are: ATM, pharmacy, public transportation, places to buy food (market, restaurants, 7 eleven).

Really nice staff were very welcoming. We had two stays here as it so easy to get to and fro the airport. The airport link station is a 5 min walk which also has some great food outlets underneath. One stop to Makkasan also takes you to a food market. We had the deluxe room which was huge and wide views of the intersections of that very busy road. Of course there was traffic noise but actually we were surprised that it wasn't as bad as we expected. Clean, comfy beds great, shower, Sofa, storage, good WiFi, fridge and 2 waters

The property was just walking distance from the airport link. There are also a couple of convenience stores and small cafes nearby. The room was quite spacious. The bed and pillows had the right firmness. Wifi was also reliable. Check in and check out process was super fast.

It can get quite noisy since the hotel is right beside a major highway. The property is also a bit far from major tourist areas so it might not be ideal if you’re looking to stay here and want to go around the city.

The location was really close to the airport rail link station. It’s a walkable distance to Ramkhamhaeng Station - which is on the airport rail link. The staff were excellent and friendly. The beds were really comfortable.

I think the only downside is that because it is in the city and near transportation, it can be noisy. However, it didn’t bother me too much since I’m a deep sleeper haha!

Nice place! I really appreciated that they can hold your luggage for free after you check out and can comeback and pick it up later in the day. Check out was at 11am and my flight wasn’t till midnight so i am happy I was able to still enjoy Bangkok without having to haul a suitcase.

If you’re not use to street noises then mayhaps you won’t enjoy staying here. I did not mind it!

Very clean and very friendly and hardworking staff. Conveniently located next to the train station and the interior was well decorated. A nice lobby to relax and use your computer in with strong Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Very noisy, even at night depending on your room, both from outside the hotel and noise travels within hotel. Wouldn’t recommend to light sleepers!

The personal is nice, they do not know so much English but they figure out what you need. Location is great for the airport shuttle. also the price is fantastic for the quality and cleanness

The loud of the are is very big. No noise cancelation on the structure so you can hear all the things from outside.

If only they give the standard hotel amenities like toothbrush, coffee & tea, slippers, etc. This hotel would be perfect.

Located close to airport link station, about 10 mins walk to the station. The bedrooms were large and clean. Closed to the market where can find foods

Not suitable for light sleepers as it sits right next to very busy roads.

The room size is good and it is reasonably well decorated. Most importantly it is clean and comfortable. Location wise it is not too bad.

The elevator is a little small and slow but better than nothing.
