Great rooms and the pool/garden, lovely helpful staff, beautiful views of the river, . Lovely hotel overall.

Breakfast is not as good as it used to be pre - Covid. Stale cheap bread, poor choice of desserts, salads, dim sums, very little variety of ham and cheese. No more sushi, no som tam, but too many noodles /rice /soup, which is not exactly breakfast dishes for foreigners. We were expecting much better breakfast as Anantara usually does, but sadly it wasn't the case this time.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to a beautiful room on arrival and also granted us late checkout as our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast was lovely and included in the price. They have a beautiful Thai restaurant that looks out on the river where we also saw fireworks. We went to Trader Vic's for cocktails and they were amazing and finished off the evening in the Seen hotel rooftop bar where you get the most amazing view. The pool is amazing and the little cafes in the resort are lovely. I highly recommend staying here, it was fabulous.

Love this hotel. Have been going for over 20 years. By far the best in Bangkok. Staff are amazing, breakfast is excellent and location is great for BTS skytrain from pier. The pool is gorgeous and never feels crowded.

We loved the resort, the room, the bed, the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the attention to detail, how green and lush it was everywhere and elephants!! The suit was big enough and comfortable for a family of three and it gave our son room to run around, both inside and out on the balcony.

We are vegetarians and also don't eat egg and gluten and one of us mostly dairy free. We also usually don't take onion and garlic. This is a tall order to satisfy, we know, but it would have been great to see more vegan and gluten free options.

- The greenery and large pool making the resort a haven of peace after the hecticness of BKK. - Courteous staff and excellent service all through. - The dinner cruise with Anantara/Manora was lovely; we have been to Bangkok many times and even lived there, the cruise gave us a new opportunity to enjoy the uniqueness of the city. Service a table with yummy dishes !!

- Location as it takes a while (boat/bts or taxi) to get to the heart of bangkok, with few places to walk by aeound - beautiful traditional hotel but the rooms would do with a good refresh; the AC central system needs serious upgrading as the room smells moldy. Did not sleep well because of that.

Excellent Ambiance. Love the river view & greenery. The canal inside the property is added touch. The most courteous staff. They had been truly humbling & treat everyone with Great respect. It's their core strength, how they treat the guests with utmost care & love. They are amazingly patient & well behaved. Love the breakfast. The best buffet spread. The Italian restaurant Brio is amazing. The staff in Brio are excellent, they take care in greater detail. 15 minutes ferry service is excellent. Love the aesthetic on the boat. This is excellent place to spend your vacation in Bangkok. Don't 2nd guess.

Beautiful accommodation - an oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. Nice garden and pool. River location is stunning. The rooms are comfortable, nice, big and clean. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child of 11. Although we did not request with the booking an extra bed had been prepared already and all room facilities have been ready for 3 people. The breakfast is an experience. Tremendous amount of choices with local and international offers - everything delicious. The staff is happy to be at your service - always friendly and very helpful. What I liked as well is that the hotel organized our airport transfer but we only paid the taxi driver - the hotel does not make any money with that.

Food, beverages and spa treatment is very expensive but you are in Bangkok and there are a lot of options around the corner just some steps away.
