Breakfast was good, Suite was clean and has great view on Menam River,Pool was very good, as well I liked the Boat service shuttle for free every 30 Min that was always on time and staff extremely friendly This service transfers you to the main Sky Train Station as well Hop on hop off Boat station that you can use to access all main famous temples across the Menam River

The only thing I didnt like is that the Wifi passcode need to be taken on daily bases from reception as code is valid only for 24 hours which i can still see a very old fashion style

The location is fantastic. We would stay again. It’s right on the river with a great view of life. We enjoyed sunset with a cool breeze on their airy deck. There is a Complimentary boat shuttle to the sky train and it’s only a short walk to Asiatique for wider food options. The local shops directly outside the hotel provide massage, laundry and some clothing retail. There is a very popular dim sum outlet on the main road walking south within a few minutes. The pool is nicely landscaped and there were shade and sun options. The time of year will affect the amount of direct sun available at the pool due to the height and orientation of the building. The breakfast provided a good range of options, and is comparable to similar price point hotels, although having only one egg station causes unnecessary delays. We missed mangoes and the supply of papaya was intermittent but we enjoyed the rambutan and lychees. They have multiple coffee machines which helps reduce queuing. We ate a la carte dinner and ate the seafood buffet. This is appropriately priced and there was a good range on offer. The buffet starts at 5, we found it was busy early and best not to arrive later than 7.30 for a better selection. The additional Asian dishes on offer weren’t comparable in variety or quality to other hotel buffets we have experienced. The a la carte buffet dessert option is surprisingly limited. The welcome towels and drinks/snacks are self selected but when we arrived in the afternoon the supply hadn’t been replenished so this wasn’t a quality welcome. Check in was efficient and are room was ready early- thank you.

Even better if: Conditioner and body lotion was provided

I liked the location, particularly as there’s a free shuttle boat every half hour to Sathorn Pier… very handy for the BTS and public boats. The hotel is very nice, albeit a bit dated, but for the price it was really very good. Rooms are sizeable and it’s worth paying for a river view. Nice pool area, comfortable lobby lounge and large dining room are all a bonus. the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I liked the buffet breakfasts (thank you to the amazing omelette chef) though it’s quite expensive for Thailand and the choice is somewhat lacking in variety. I’d like to see a better range of Thai food, and imported sausages at that price. generally the food needs to be served hotter.

Check in took ages, we were the only couple being checked in. Check out took ages too as they had to “check the room”! I found that quite insulting & have no clue what they were checking the room for. I travel at least twenty times a year all over the world & have never been told they were checking the room!!!

The room was very nice and modern. I had a room with a river view. We had room service, it was tasty and came in a timely manner.

Breakfast buffet was lacking. The coffee machine was broken.

Elevator needs tooo long time after calling the elevator in one (or the two) bathroom, showerwater was not warm

The location was perfect. The ferry to Pier 9 was an advantage. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were clean and the house keeping were regular. Beautiful view of the River and swimming pool. Massive swimming pool and also the gymnasium with a trainer. Wish the breakfast was included in the room cost. The hotel should give some special surprises for their guests as it adds value to their stay. Overall a wonderful stay.

The currency exchange rate was low and we had to leave hotel to get our money exchanged. This way hotel was losing on good business as everyone was trying to change their money into local currency. More favorable rate would mean more business for the hotel and convenience for the guests. The tours should also be reasonable priced so that hotel become one stop for all that a guest wants to do. Taxis were high priced and walking 100 M one could get at 1/10 the cost.

The hotel was set on the river, we spent nearly every day using the hotels free shuttle boat to the main terminal area where we purchased tickets for the hop on & hop off boats. We managed to see many of the main sights via the river. The hotel was clean and the pool was great. The buffet breakfast was excellent. A lot of options available. I would have liked to see a few more plant based options as we did advise them we were coming & we requested plant based meals. But we managed. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was nice but could do with a bit of a freshen up in places. Obviously with Covid & places closed for so long & limited money coming in would limit any updates. We had a great stay. We requested a triple room when we booked through booking.com & this hotel was selected. When we arrived we were given a double & a single combined together, when we asked for 3 single beds they advised it would be an extra charge which was disappointing. If you request a room for 3 adults you should be shown options that give you 3 separate beds. We managed though & still enjoyed our stay.

We were greeted with an upgrade and the new room was excellent. The standard rooms are OK but the bathrooms are a little 'tired'. The upgraded room looked as though it had been refurbished and everything was very good. The restaurant has a riverside terrace which is excellent, both in terms of food and drink available, but especially the location. The gym was the best equipped in all of the hotels we stayed at, and the pool was large although quite shallow throughout. One small negative was that the hotel building overshadows the pool area leaving it in shadow almost all of the day. The views overlooking the Chao Praya river are excellent, as is the shuttle boat service to Sathon pier.

The standard rooms, as stated above, look a bit tired, but that is only a small negative. You can't escape karaoke in Thailand, which is occasionally hosted in the main bar area.
