Clean and decent sized - our room was an excellent home away from home whilst my partner was having major dental work done. With a great sized comfy bed, good bathroom and separate couch / tv area off a kitchenette - this place enabled my partner to recover from his procedure without us feeling like we were on top of each other. The free shuttle to the train station and other spots was really great - as were the friendly staff.

I think the kitchen could have used a few more bits and pieces like a tea towel, sponge and dish soap for washing up etc but at the end of the day, if you're not going out and eating the amazing local food then you're missing out. Note though that this is in a Japanese neighborhood so whilst there are lots of western and Japanese options for dining, there are less local Thai options.

they don’t clean pool regulary, gym was also a bit dirty, but the bed was comfortable and clean, also the bathroom

It is massive! I also has a laundry machine, bathtub and everything needed. Honestly I wish I booked here my entire time rather then the place I stayed before. The wifi is very strong and good for anyone needing it for work or netflix. The staff are super nice as well, it was just a great experience and I'd love to return again.

The only down side, which is an obvious one is that the streets to get there are very busy and cramped. But if your staying in this area in general then it's just part of theme.

Great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Samitvej hospital is 5 minutes walking distance, 8 minutes to Villa Supermarket and J Avenue. Lots of bars and restaurants on famous Thong Lo street, which is also 8-9 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Nice swimming pool!

Shuttle service and its scheduling need improvement. It would have been convenient if the hotel offered regular paid shuttle services to the BTS station to the guests instead of making the services available every 2 hours.

Well it is very good apartments. I guess it being mainly chosen by people who want going to racq sport club nearby. Furniture is fresh and bathroom is brand new. Quiet rooms. Have some cutlery.

Internet was not good enough for working. Supermarkets and bts slightly far. Overpriced.

the only thing I didn’t like was the location it’s in more of a neighborhood with very tight streets. also because of location it took quite awhile to get to all of the attractions in Bangkok.

cleanliness - overall whole hotel and room was clean. privacy - minimal noise all day facilities - great! with toaster, washing machine, bath tub and etc

When bathing, the water seem to go super hot / super cold at times.

Very nice studio, has the basics to cook your own food. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The location is not great, surrounded by small streets with no sidewalk, not very safe if you're walking ! Also few restaurants in the area

Best value for money for families. The room layout and design is very efficient and comfortable. Location in Thonglor is convenient for cafes, restaurant options. Neighborhood is safe and clean.
