Modern and comfortable feel. The bed was so comfy, and the extra couch, kitchenette, and laundry were an extra excellent addition. I loved the upscale feel, the pool was so pretty, and the wonderful bathroom (hot shower, good water pressure, and a tub). It was a great value for the money and the staff were very helpful. They allowed us to arrange a late check out for a fee.

It's not a big inconvenience, but it is quite a walk from the BTS station, and there's not a lot of street food or casual late night options for food or drink. This is an upscale neighborhood near tons of great upscale cocktail bars and sushi places, which is really fabulous if you want that kind of vibe. I will say, though, you can have the hotel arrange a free shuttle to the nearest Thong Lo BTS station. Just downloaded and set up the "Line" app in advance, or it may be hard to arrange the rides.

But the rooms were nice and clean and all had a laundry machine. My friends had combined washer/dryer in one machine, but my room only had washer. Was very useful for us as we were there for a sports event and had laundry every night. Place seemed very new, everything was clean and working well. Happy with the stay there.

A bit far to the BTS stations, but the hotel did offer free transport at certain times. There's no breakfast at the hotel - we were aware of this when we booked so not a big deal, we found McDonalds and a cafe/bakery that opened early, just a few minutes walk away, so no problem.

I'm so glad to discover this hotel. I come to bkk often and lived in the thonglor area. Usually the rooms in the other boutique hotels are small, run down and basic. Ashley exceeded in the room factor. The rooms was designed modern and practical. It even has a washing machine dryer to use. The bathroom toilet seats was heated and it feels luxurious. I love they have Netflix and prime TV. While many hotels even the top hotels only has local channels. Free ride to the bts is a bonus too. Love the quiet location and cafes around. Will be back here often as long as they keep the price competitive.

Nothing about it. If I really need to comment, then it's the gym, which is really small, but there's nothing to complain really. And the plugs were placed sideways so it was difficult for me to plug in my diffuser.

I love that it is truly a home away from home and their staff really tries to accommodate every request. The shuttle service is very convenient bringing us to and from Thong Lo BTS station. Restaurants are abundant around the area. There is also a fresh mart and a few grocers around the hotel area where you may buy simple ingredients for breakfast or other meals. The pool is great for a morning dip or after a day's walking. The facilities and services make the price we paid for the hotel all that much more worth it.

The hotel is located in a clean and safe area. Surrounding roads are clean and quiet. if you take public transportation, it’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest BTS station. The room is not spacious but cozy. It offers everything I need. Staying here feel like home. The hotel receptionist and doorman are very friendly and helpful. You can easily find good food around the hotel. Definitely will come back.

Very new modern and clean hotel. room very clean and comfortable plus they provide a free lift to the BTS station. If you upgrade the kitchenette room also has a washer/dryer unit! Nice grocery within 4 min walk and surrounded by upscale food options. Primarily Japanese cuisine area but we had some great Isaan food nearby. Staff was super friendly and professional!

Very well suited for longer stays but a bit off the path for tourist if you don’t take or have transport. It’s walkable from BTS but the roads to this hotel are busy with no sidewalks so not very nice for waking. It’s primarily a residential zone.

Excellent location . . we liked staying in a boutique hotel that was walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool was small but perfect for a dip after a long day. We booked two rooms (2 teens 2 adults) and they were right across the hall from one another which worked perfectly. This was a great choice for an overnight stay. Definitely the cool location . . and plenty of nightlife.

From the receptionist staff, she works day and night and still deliver a very excellent hospitality. Rooms and facilities were excellent. Love the washing machine with Wash & Dry. The bathtub..super nice I have no negative comments as there's none. You guys kept the place at the BEST.

Location but manageable. Still a good walking distance to a nearby breakfast place and MCD..not that that BAD but away from main town

Perfect for the price, new building, with all amenities I needed, nice lightings, perfect size bathtub, super clean, good size, modern appliances, good customer service, nice swimming pool, luxurious design for the price, great wifi, and a lot more

A little bit far from the crowd area which can be a good thing too, no shade or roof around the pool to keep personal stuff from rain, no instruction in the room to learn about the hotel and the services around the area

Really nice room that was big, clean and modern. The rooftop pool was a great bonus and it was situated near lots of restaurants and 20 min walk from the sky train which we used lots. And our favourite rooftop bar Octave is down the road!

The only thing I’d say - cleaners were hoovering outside the room and ringing the bell for the room to be cleaned too early in the morning. Needs to be a “do not disturb” sign to help this.
