We stayed 3 nights. It was out of the city, a nice quiet area. Literally bang in the middle of everywhere really. Cafe and 7/11 literally next to the hotel, 10 yards at most. Great for grabbing snacks and water etc. massive fridge in the room so this was a bonus. The hotel was 10 minutes from the temples, 10/15 minutes from the closest mall, 15 minutes from Koh San road and the night life (not our interest that’s why we wanted to stay in a quiet area). Grab is definitely great to have, so easy to order taxis. Taxi times could be longer especially in rush hour as we waited in traffic a lot. The room itself was clean a big, like a mini flat but without a kitchenette. It was clean and good having the insect door if we wanted the balcony door open. Staff were attentive when I requested extra toilet roll, an iron (and ironing board) and towels. The gym was good too. We didn’t go in the pool but we went to have a look at it at night and it looked nice.

It was fairly basic and the room was old fashioned but it did the job. The bed was fairly hard and we only had one pillow each (fine but do like 2 mostly).

Good location - in walking distance to the popular Jodd Fairs night market as well as Din Daeng market. Lots of authentic Thai places to eat on the street and 7eleven is very close. Hotel room was perfect. Balcony had a great view of Bangkok. The gym and pool were nice too and staff were friendly and helpful.

Can’t smoke on the balconies but not really a big issue as there is a smoking area downstairs outside of the hotel.

Family size suite, two bedrooms, fast wifi.

Worn down, leaking fossets, only cold water in bathroom sink by the kitchenette. No kitchenware for cook meals. To high priced in my opinion.

stafff was nice, pool was just perfect

its personal, but I do not like when hotels change the towels every day as it does not protect the environment and it does not make sense to me to have new towels every day. i would recommend to create some flyer with option for customer, what to do in case they want their towel to be changed or not changed

The bus shuttle was very handy and we utilised it’s availability a lot. We enjoyed the location as it felt local enough to a quieter part of Bangkok while still relatively easy to get to other places due to the bus taking us to the train station or just using a taxi. Service was great. They are very welcoming and wearing a genuine smile. Helped us book a taxi for 4am to the airport. Everything organised and ready for us. Very accomodating. Having seven eleven so close is a great bonus.

Pool table needs to be updated. Uneven surface and old felt. The water in our room had no real heat adjustment. It was either cold or very very hot and I couldn’t get it to a nice warm. Also, there is no grip on the floor of the bath/shower. Very easy to fall, felt I had to be very cautious not to slip.

Great central location if you are looking to travel to different parts of Bangkok, view from the 18th floor was worth the price to stay. Bed was 10/10 nice and firm mattress. very helpful staff and security. amassing food directly across the road as well as plenty of smaller street vendors within 10min walk, massage in both directions in walking distance, tattoo shops nearby, recommend Banker Tattoo The highlight for me was the pool and sauna, gym is also good.

would be great to have a boxing bag available in the gym area. (sell Thailand, Muay Thai better)

The staff were super helpful! When we had trouble conversing with the local drivers there, they went out of their way and handled the conversation for us (: Instead of a hotel, it's more of a serviced apartment. The rooms, including the living room, were quite spacious. We had access to the balcony, leading up to a breathtaking view every morning. Towels, hairdryer, and a few mineral water bottles were provided. There's even a cafe, convenience store, and pharmacy just beside the lobby.

Had trouble with the lights at first, but all is well after figuring out which switch is which. It's quite a shame that the stove was removed and that there was no microwave to heat up/cook our meals.. Toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided as well.

wifi was a bit too slow for work purposes and doors are not really sound proofed you could hear everything in the corridors

All staff are nice and helpful, room and swimming pool (opening hour from 9am-9pm)are clean, 7-11, massage ,lots of foods and 1 reliable / professional clinic just down stairs, besides the Hotel round trip shuttle bus, Bolt taxi is also a good choice when go downtown area, parking is convenience as well if rent a car. I will stay at B.U When I go Bangkok next time.

Hotel offers bottled water everyday when housekeeping, if it has water dispensers will be better.
