-sauna only open 3 hours a day -stained carpet but they did clean daily -only have washing machine, no dryer or place to hang clothes but many places near by

We appreciated the nice and welcoming staff. Very nice and kind with us. Everything was easy with them. The flat was big and clean. It was very quiete. Our kids loved the swimming pool on the rooftop. The beds were very confortables. We loved the nightmarket of Jodd Fairs very closes to the hotel.

The metro station or taxis were not far away (900m) but it was almost impossible to walk with our kids in the small streets full of traffics. We managed to take tuktuk everytime just in front of the hotel but it added a transport to take before the metro. If you want to visit tourist's places in BKK, they are not very closed but easy to reach my metro.

Although the property is located a bit deep into some smaller streets, it's a pretty quiet place and still had a few options nearby for food etc. The room was large and extremely clean, and the facilities were unique... there is a rooftop pool and lounge area with some of the best views (at this price) of the city I've ever seen, and although I didn't find it apparently they also have a massage service and restaurant, too.

Because of the location there were not any motorbike taxis nearby when I needed one, and the online taxi that I booked had trouble finding the entrance due to poor Google Maps directions. And, although the room was large and clean, the bed was rather old and not very comfortable. They also required a very large 1,000 baht "key deposit" which was more expensive than the actual room, and seemed a bit unprofessional and excessive. Also, I had understood that their rooftop bar was open until 10pm every night but it was closed when I checked (but the lounge area was open).

The pool is amazing, and the staff was really nice.

The room felt a little dark and dingy because the window was obstructed by a dark screen, and the room didn't have a proper hair dryer in it.. I borrowed a hair dryer from the front desk for my stay, but it was awkward to use as it was one of those ones meant to be mounted on the bathroom wall but it wasn't mounted on a wall so the case just hung in the air.

The hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. The roof top pool is a godsend. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind travelling into the city and like getting away from it all at the end of the day. We will definitely come back here when we stop over in Bangkok again.

The only issue is nobody seems to know where the hotel is, so make sure you get the address in Thai

The rooftop pool is amazing, the staff are very welcoming, the prices at the restaurant and bar were very good. The conference room is also handy.

Bathroom door has an elevated step to avoid water from the open shower coming out. It is dangerous. It should be painted with bright warning colors or a signage near the door.

If you want a nice pool and a good view outside of BKK centre this is a good option. The rooms are spacious and all was clean. Value for money is ok if its not more than 1k per night.

Waterpressure in the shower was so loooowww. No fun to shower. The bed had a wooden frame so i couldnt lie straight. Location isnt that good either. Too far from MRT to walk.

Rooftop pool and gym were game changers for us. Lovely area to chill out. The Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us from printing our boarding passes for our next flight to booking and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, basic but had everything we needed.

The location wasn’t the best but nothing that a taxi can’t solve

Its my fifth time in Witchuwan. First time i arrive 2016 and after that allways wanna back. Roof top is so beautifull and staff is very friedly. Rooms are allways clean. I can highly recommend.

Amazing location, incredible view from the rooftop. Great facilities, friendly staff. Affordable and awesome value for money.

The pillows were soooo hard and not usable. The shower system is outdated and not ideal, water pressure was very weak too.
