The location of the property is okay, it is few mins ride via grab from the Makkasan Station (Airport link) and Chitlom Station (BTS). If you like to walk, it’s near the Pratunam, Platinum, Central World Era and Siam area. There are quite good street food vendors along its streets, there are restaurants however mostly Indian. The place is probably a go-to for most Indian tourists and Indian residents. The hotel has free coffee, tea and sandwiches every morning. The bed is comfortable, we requested for a king size. They clean the room and change the sheets everyday. Toilet is clean, IT HAS A BIDET! which is a good thing. Good AC and strong wifi in the room (we stayed at the 5th floor).

It’s quite noisy at night, you’ll hear the next room and the motorcycles in the roads. But it’s bearable, we slept well anyway probably because we’re tired. To add, if the hotel can provide hotel slippers and toothbrush. And if the staff can smile, we understand, that language probably is a challenge, but smiling to hotel guests would be enough or greeting them good morning or good evening.

Location is hard to find, even by local taxi. Taxi driver cannot find Soi 33 Petchthaburi. It is recommended to add, Soi 8 Pathunam. Opposite RAMADA Inn even though RAMADA Inn is closed for business. But More people know RAMADA Inn.

Hotel Telephone cannot be reached by foreigner, There are too many digit. Please list the telephone number that can be reached by a foreigner. Right now, even Thai taxi driver said telephone has too many digits. That is the telephone number to call by Thai people? And what is the telephone number for foreigner to call?? Pleaselist a telephone number that foreigners in Bangkok can call you.

Quiet Hotel lots of wood.Actually with an elevator too. Staff is exceptionally friendly helpful and courteous. While the free breakfast consists of just toast and coffee the toast is good and the coffee is good. It's a budget hotel and worth the money. I Just FYI : Stay there prior to covid there were restaurants and street food geared to Thai. Now many many Indian restaurants replaced Thai street food and restaurants.

Everything was good. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel is nicely decorated with wooden details in Thai style. Room is ok, there would be space for one chair to sit in. As a bonus there is free toast and instant coffee or tea available in the mornings. Easy 10 min walk to the airport link.

Location is in the end of a bit shady street with lots of massage-places, Indian restaurants and trash on the street. There was a window in the room, but heavy wood carvings on it, so you don't see outside.

- not recommended for people with a light sleep, not soundproof and you hear everything going on in the hallway - next to a busy road

the only downside is the Indian district... I don't like Indians, I was once in Mumbai and it was a traumatic experience for me!

Hotel is clean and always they give free water and new towel every day.

Staff is not approachable, and the man night shift is not good. No helpful I asked him that give us room early cause we're tired from travel at least we can rest , but only 2 pm allowed to check in.

The hotel has an impressive architecture, surrounded by many Indian restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and kind. at check out i forgot a phone they kept it for me until i got back . Thank them very much.

The room is very clean and the aircon work amazingly. The bathroom is a comfortable size and you have everything you will need. The room have a small fridge and they give you water.

Coffee making facilities. They supply a kettle but nothing else. Maybe I missed it, but notify clients about the 500Baht security charge so that people are prepared.
