This hidden gem is just a block away from Pratunam Market. There's a near 7/11 nearby. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. :) We've been looking for boxes and they've provided one for free. The room was spacious, perfect for unpacking and relaxing after a long day of walking around. The bathroom was clean and fresh, which was a big deal for me. They would also I would definitely recommend this hotel!

While the room offered a good number of outlets, which is convenient, some of the plugs weren't functioning. This could be a minor inconvenience for others with many gadgets or devices they may need to charge.

It is close to the airport link, and to the big shopping malls (Palladium and Platinum Malls). Several nearby 7-11 stores for quick foods, and there are several canteens to buy food from. Near the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, where buffets are served. Good place to stay after a day of conference.

No hot water, even though I let the water flow for more than 5 minutes (instructions say wait for 5 minutes. I guess the hotel caters to vegetarian or those who do not eat meat, no pork-based products were served during breakfast, which is a shame since bacon is nice to have for breakfast. If not pork-based, they could serve variations of chicken-based food. Since it is close to the malls and market, it is in busy neighborhoods.

Ideally located for shopping, Breakfast choice good, eggs and omelette freshly cooked to guest order.. Rooms decent size good size bathroom and serviced daily.

Steep steps at entrance, needs a handrail fitting for the safety of elderly guests.

Location is fantastic. Very near to the train station. Easy accessible to shopping areas and food hunting. Room is spacious, air conditioning is great. Very clean hotel and rooms. Service staff are wonderful. 👍👍👍👍👍

The tv not working as signal was bad. No hot water for shower during the first night but sort it out the next day quickly.

The hotel is near main shopping malls and night Market also close to the metro station. Clean (carpets no stains👍)rooms and the staff were good and helpful. Seven 11 is just few distance away ,actually, they are two. My wife liked it and willing to stay in future visits.

The road is small and you have to be careful from opposite direction motorcycle when crossing. Restuarnt not open yet but a lot of Indian and Thai restaurants in the road.

They were honest with me , I changed my room due to smoke smell , so I got smaller room , next day morning they called me invited me fora free breakfast , about 1 pm they told me that new bigger room at high floor is ready to me . They prepared to me better room with complementary fruit dish 👏🏻👏🏻

CONVENIENT TO THE STORE / SHOPPING MALL

I BELIEVE ONCE WE CHECKED IN WE HAVE OUR OWN PRIVACY WERE THE STAFF CANNOT SIMPLY GO IN OUR ROOM WHEN WE WERE NOT AROUND . I LOSE MY PHONE WHERE I CHARGE AND LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM AND WENT OUT . BUT WHEN I CAME BACK THE PHONE IS NOT THERE ANYMORE AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE I LOSE IT SOMEWHERE WHEN THE PHONE IS NO USE AND I’VE BEEN AROUND OTHER COUNTRIES BUT I NEVER LOSE THE PHONE

Convenient location near shopping area. Loads of restaurants near by. Close to the BKK metro link station and also espress bus stop for DMK airport very close by as well. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. Polite staff

No iron in the room. If they have that amenity as well that would be great. Also flooring of room can be improved.

About 200m from Ratchprarop Station which goes to Sukvanabhumi International Airport. Near lots of eateries and shopping malls which is within 15 min of walking distance.

Nothing in particular. Just do not expect much at this price.

this is my favorite hotel! so friendly and nice staff - at the reception, in the kitchen. I return to this hotel every year and miss it right after I check out. clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. easy access to the airport and close to many places for shopping
