The room is spacious and clean with big window and lots of natural light. The staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. They helped register me as a member so I could enjoy discounts on food and SPA services. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. Room service is great. Delicious and not over priced. The bed was very very comfortable. The hotel is next to two big shopping centers with lots of great restaurants and stores.

It’s not a bad thing, just a suggestion, would be nice if there was an option to order drinks/coffee/fruit or snacks while staying by the pool.

This is my 4th time staying here, and I do enjoy it. The staff are excellent; breakfast is excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. I love that it is next to a large local mall near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It has a great pool too. The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent working space, and natural light. Now with the new BTS operating, the location becomes even more accessible.

I did not like that they did not have mosquito control in the large reception area, making it highly uncomfortable to sit there for any period. Perhaps the management can invest in some control because it is a potential health issue with Malaria and Dengue.

Visting this hotel for years, with a short COVID break like the rest of the world. Facilities are good for a hotel in this location. TV only has a couple of Thai and other asian channels. Located next to three very large shopping malls, incl grocery store. Because of the location excellent for visiting any southern or southern/western Bangkok venue or location. Grab from hotel to Erawan museum is ~190thb and ~260thb to ancient city for example.

Entertainment offering on TV is poor, at best. Water pressure in showers on the 6th floor is not that great.

Delicious In-Room menu. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room and great aircon control system. Good breakfast and beautiful garden/exterior. Stayed there to attend BITEC which is not far, I'm happy with this choice :) I really like that the room cleaning is only on demand, in the spirit of sustainable development. Hairdryer was working greatly. Beautiful view on the sunset, but unfortunately it has been raining a lot these days XD. View on the road but very soundproof, I didn't hear any car sound!

Water temperature was very unstable...

Super clean.Great value for thepurpose of our ztay which was to get kver jet lag for thee days.Out of the way lication for us was as expected but would not suit everyone .Handy shopping mall right opposite.Skytrain station nearby.

Airconditioning meant the temperature in the communal areas was far too cold so we had to eat outdoors.Dont expect atmosphere in this hotel it is efficient and clinical which was fine for our purposes.Not a great location for the sites

Carpet was a bit smelly.

Nice and clean hotel quite near Suvarnabhumi Airport, so it is perfect location to stay overnight before early flight back home or quick stopover arriving Thailand after long-haul flight. Around the corner you can find Seacon Square shopping mall, where you can find almost everything you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is also great.

Great choice for breakfast and very helpful staff. The rooms where extremely clean and within close proximity of the airport. This is a great hotel if you’re looking for a quiet place to layer over in Bangkok without being too close to the hussle & bussle of the city center. If you have a bit of time, take a taxi to the Suan Luang Rama IX Park nearby, it’s worth a walk around !

Carpets and rooms are starting to look a little outdated and so is the swimming pool.

The Hotel was more than I expected! The staff were very helpful and showed they cared! The room was excellent! The food was good also. The place was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here. Perfectly situated in between the city center and the airport.

I can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel. The area could be better for walking to eating and shopping. But that isn't the hotels fault.
