I was here to visit our daughter and family, who live in Bangna. Checking was fast and easy (I paid ahead). Since I had one of the corner rooms in Bldg A, it was an oversized room! With a king bed, TV, percolator, and refrigerator (and a safe I did not use), the room had what I needed. The bathroom was the depth of a very large soaking tub, and ran the span of the room with towel racks, a large sink and vanity, and a large walk-in shower, again the same depth as the large soaking tub. The shower was very nice with a fairly strong spray, and there was shampoo/condit and body wash gel in an attached dispenser. I did not use those as I had my own. The breakfast is very nice, with a large variety of pork, chicken, rice dishes, fruit, cereals, juice, water...and a chef to make custom omelets. Wverything was kept clean and fresh. Important to know: if you stay in Bldg A, it is the OLDER building, and you have to walk over to the Main Bldg B to the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is a ride up the elevator, where the pool also is. When returning, I would prob choose Bldg B, as it is newer and has the breakfast. I uaed room service almost exclusively as I caught a bad flu bug on the plane, and even had to add a day as I quarantined for 3 days!! Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The pictures shown must have been taken when the hotel was brand new, as the area is now much more congested. While the corner room is bigger, it is older (Bldg A is the older bldg), and the room is next to the road where motorcycles with loud mufflers go by all hours of the day and night! The room service was slow (an hour to wait for 1 creme brulee) and few employees spoke English! So, it was difficult to make any changes when ordering. However, the staff was very nice. I did go over Christmas, so this could have been a secondary staff. Even with this, I would go here again, with some changes.

Pretty nice, nothing special. Rooms are really big with lovely bathrooms but they are not sound proof or very dark. The pools were nice but there’s literally one seat at each pool. The staff were kind of rude sometimes. The buffet breakfast is not worth it at all.

It’s just nothing special. Such a mix bag of good and bad aspects to it. It’s VERY far from the city but we needed to be out that way so it was okay. The restaurant was average. Be so grateful that there is lots of cheap restaurants near by.

The suite was big and comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was decent. With few minutes walk you can go to nearby shopping centers and the Yellow Train line.

In order to have breakfast, we had to move building and walk few minutes. The AC unit was installed inside the balcony, so, whenever you want to seat outside, you have it on your head, warming and drying you, so you must either shut it off and seat outside or just don't go outside. The location was pretty far from the center, we had to take a train and a Metro every time we wanted to get to a main place.

 my family and I have stayed in this hotel twice now in the suite it’s very comfortable. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The bathtub and the bathroom is humongous. It has a shower and bathtub. The pools are fantastic for my sons swimming it’s located close to so many wonderful things I love this hotel I will stay there again and again.

the property is a little older but it is still wonderful the only bad part I guess is lack of a microwave, I understand they don’t want anybody to burn that food in the room or something like that but maybe they could put one downstairs in the lobby?

We chose this hotel as last night in Bangokok for its proximity to the airport. The hotel was simple, clean and staff was friendly. You have to pay a deposit of one thousand baht for the night which thw hotel promptly returned to us before departure. There is a huge shopping mall across the road with plently of last minute shopping and food options. The train night market is also close by that is open thu-sun. The hotel has a clean pool which we used at the end of the day.

Nice hotel, out in the suburbs, we needed to be near a particular hospital so worked well for us, good street food and very close to large shopping mall, excellent pool, very good buffet breakfast and reasonably priced if paying separate to accommodation cost

Noisy due to tour bus being parked out front running into the night, ok if in rear room but we had a king suite at front so constant hum

loved the hotel, reception was friendly..salt water pool was good .the bed was very comfortable.its short walk to Seacon and Paradise Shopping Centres...with many shops and food iincl Sizzler, Pizza Company and Mcdonalds. at night there is a large outdoor market(open late) close to Shopping Centres. 7/11 is 100 mts walk for drinks and snacks.

breakfast wasnt much...didnt have orange juice only water and apple juice..no bacon.alot of asian dishes.

The staff was very accommodating. They responded quickly to any request. Had a splendid saltwater swimming pool that we used a lot while we were there. There was a good restaurant on site and a breakfast buffet with an excellent variety of food choices.. The price was right and the room was nice, the bed quite comfortable.

Super spacious rooms and super cute room sandals. We loved the pool and they were nice enough to provide some coupons for a la cart items. I truly enjoyed my coconut smoothie!! So delicious 😋

Everything about this hotel was cute. I only recommend people to properly guide the taxi drivers. The GPS always took us around the corner. You have to tell the drivers about the GPS error.

We loved everything! It's the second time we stayed at this hotel and we simply love it! The staff at reception is super helpful and very nice. The rooms are impeccable. this is our go to hotel in Bangkok to get over our jetlag, it's quite, clean, nice, easy, it just has it all! New building and swimming pool since we stayed last time, incredible. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable!
