has things most budget hotels don't have:high water pressure, very fast internet, very big TV in the room I got, quiet most of the time, maids leave water outside your door, good bed with lots of pillows, all of this most budget hotels don't have and Papa Hotel does. plus washer and dyer in the building and a great Japanese restaurant next door that does room service. recommend.

It is a little far out from stuff, but I used Bolt and I was out most of the time anyway.
