Its a clean hostel not far from Khaosan Road. Staffs are super friendly. - Cafe in ground floor. - Rooftop smoking area. - Comfortable common area. - Meeting rooms to rent. - Free Bottle of water everyday. - Offered to change the sheet everyday. - Seven-Eleven and a grocery shop nearby. - Very good Kitchen with utensils and Fridge. - Super Privacy in Dorm rooms. - Breakfast has great options for Muslim guests. - Free tickets to Boxing Events every Fridays.

- Rooms can get too cold because Fans and AC are running simultaneously. Some young guests in the Dorms don't mind catching cold. ;-) - I was given used Duvet without cover. (I think problem is in whole southeast Asia. They don't use duvet covers at all, let alone washing them). Its disgusting to sleep and covered in a Duvet used by someone else.

This hostel is best hostel I have stayed in. The standard is very high. The rooms are big, well furnished and comfortable. The lounge areas and furnishings are excellent. The cafe serves fantastic breakfast and food. The decor is modern and minimal. The private bathroom room and the shared bathrooms rooms are both great. The shared bathrooms are well sized and very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for us, because we like to be 1km walk from the tourist area. There is an amazing mall, only 2km walk away. It’s called Central Pinklao. On the walk to the mall, there is great local market stalls. Unlike Kohsan, they are relaxed, good prices and local people shop there. The laundry services are well maintained and so is the kitchen areas.

It can be a little noisy. We come from a noisy city so it didn’t bother us. The front of the building has some traffic noise. The back of the building has a distant sound of club music. We stayed here for 4 nights on 3 different occasions.

We were a party of 7. One of us stayed in the mixed dorm while the rest were 3 to a room. The space was adequate for our luggage. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was well stocked. What was really the bonus is the front desk. We had different travel needs each day and the front desk staff beautifully coordinated it for us! The main attractions, Wat Pho and Khao night market are a short cab ride away.

Please consider providing a packed breakfast option when patrons have to leave earlier than breakfast start times.

Staff, Clean, onsite cafe with okay food. I had a private room, so my stay is based off of that. Location is okay, not great because it’s loud being just off a main road. 2 7-11’s stores on same street 5min walk.

The road is LOUD. Not easy sleeping even with earplugs. Which is why I gave a low rating for this. Not much value in price for this. BUT, it’s clean! Air con good. Wi-Fi okay.

- Private rooms with fair prices -big building with lots of facilities (rooftop terrace, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms on every floor, chill zone on first floor) -guests are mostly Thai tourists, which aren't much into socialising with other guests. But for me this was more than welcome after lots of hectic hostels with constant smalltalk -around the hostel is not much going on, but with a grab you can be in Khao San Road in 10 minutes or anywhere else - water and towels were provided, as well as shower gel and shampoo -internet was fast and stable

- They keep the room windows locked because they fear that guests would smoke if the windows could be opened. So "fresh air" only comes from the AC. I would recommend just to install smoke detectors and unlock the windows instead.

Its outside of the main area, but its nice to be away from the tourist streets. I stayed in the private room on the quiet side. It had a big window which was nice and having shared bathroom was a bit work. Other than that, i had a great stay. They have breakfast in the morning which was filling and not bad. I would recommend the place.

The breakfast was ok. Personally I prefer oat porridge, but it was good especially the watermelon, that was a treat! Your staff, Miss Pet, Mr T, your lovely, tiny housekeeper (I never got her name), the Cafe staff are all wonderful, helpful and friendly and felt more like family than strangers.

There wasn't anything I did not like...

#Excellent value for money with the best location for first time tourists to Central Bangkok, easy to connect with SAI TAI MAI & MOCHIT CHATUCHAK Bus station with regular buses available.....!!! Gonna come there again by 2025...!!

Nice hotel with good common areas and laundry. Breakfast was good and nice to sit in the coffee shop. Staff nice

Bathroom bidet hose was leaking and would flood the bathroom. Showers are completely enclosed with no air vent and can get very stuffy.

Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom were spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious and varied and always included fruit.

The floor in our room was not swept on a daily basis and bed sheets were not changed after having been there for 4 nights.
