the gym is very small and lightly equiped , could be moved to a bigger room pool bar under staffed ...needed to go into restaurant for service which was slow ...very slow

the hotel is near the BTS station and air cond bus stop. The city centre is four stops from the hotel and very convenient. The room is good size and very clean Staff are very helpful. I will stay there again if I travel to Bangkok again.

I booked one room with two people including breakfast on booking.com. But I was told at the reception that only one breakfast was included in the booking and I had to pay extra 250 baht per day at the restaurant. It is kind of ridiculous that breakfast included meant one breakfast. It should be point out on the web site during the booking that breakfast included means one breakfast, not two to reduce the confusion.

Comfortable soft bed. Terrific powerful rain shower. Plenty of sockets and lights in the room. Desk for working with sockets. Roof top bar was okay.

Breakfast was disappointing. Egg station was very poor. Coffee machine not working. Toaster very slow. Many food heaters not working. I did not pay for breakfast after first day. Swimming pool is a joke. Cannot sit n relax beside it and far too small for swimming. More like a water feature in the restaurant....

location is great. right next to BTS. clean and good showers. comfortable bed!! Maid service every day

the gym was very small. and the machinery was substandard. we only went to the Buffett once and they told us they were closing in five minutes. we ordered all carte and the food was terrible and expensive. do not recommend at all

Room is a good size, shower pressure excellent, bed so comfortable. Level 7 pool and bar is good but hard to get service from staff. Roof top bar with live music was awesome.

Food was average. HSK missed our room service, issues getting it done later but the DM arranged for us in the end, very clean room. Staff need cocktail making training, had both good and bad experience with different team members. Pool needs maintenance. Music speakers at level 7 bad, replacement needed. Concierge guy tried to get us to pay 500 B taxi to airport, strange as it cost 250 B. The travel booking person in the lobby is a rip off, said 3000 b for a car to take us to the floating market, we paid another company 600 b return.

in one of the rooms were a few small cockroaches, location is not very near the main attractions, breakfast buffet and food in restaurants was okay

We stayed at the Ibis Styles hotel as part of the Thai government's covid rules. Had a wonderful time in Bangkok until we could see the family in Chaiyaphum. Well placed to our favourite transport the BTS network. Phra Kanong was our way round Bangkok. Love the city

Couldn't fault anything about the staff or service. Waited nearly two years for our special holiday after covid hit & all our holiday was cancelled. But the thing that hurts the most is having to pay twice for the same hotel, due to the greedy booking.com keeping our money, not only they never paid the hotels either. That's harsh, shame on you. Will always book direct with a hotel in future, feels so let down

Perfect location in terms of gaining access to central Bangkok. Its close but not too close to the centre so is easy to get to by taxi from Suvarnabhumi airport without getting too stuck in traffic. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Phra Khanong BTS sky train which will basically get you to everywhere in Bangkok. It’s got a nice roof top bar with great view of the city, restaurant for breakfast and daytime meals, small swimming pool and fitness suite. There’s also some decent places to eat/drink within a 5 min walk of the hotel. There is also a 7/11 30 seconds walk from the hotel for essentials.

Limited English speaking TV channels on their hotel channel line up - bring a fire stick.

Breakfast was very nice with good coffee, but it would be nice to provide muesli as well as the usual cereals. I do not usually eat meats at breakfast. No hardboiled eggs either. I suppose whole wheat bread would be too much to ask in Asia.

I booked because of the gym and swimming pool and breakfast. The pool is not for serious swimming. more of a splash pool really and quite narrow and shallow. The gym was also a disappointment with more than three or four people there it would be crowded! I do not know how much use it gets but a larger room and more equipment would be an improvement. The weight equipment was limited. Only one small barbell and only light dumbells. One treadmill was out of order but was repaired quickly.

I highly recommend this hotel! I had a great time and the staff were great! I came as a Chef to do a specialist Thai Chef course and chose this hotel because it was close to the Culinary School. The hotel however was so close to the train system, shopping malls and supermarkets. I stayed here for almost 45 days, full length of the Visa, and I really got to know the hotel staff properly. I work as a Private Chef catering to UHNWI's, and am used to top 5 star hotels and luxury. This is a 3 star but in my opinion should be a 4 star at least. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any request, they are so helpful, friendly, and very professional. The WiFi is great, as I was behind my laptop a lot, without interruption. The buffet is nice and great to have a omelette station at a 3 star. Overall I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel, and will highly recommend it.
