Clean and quiet, though only about 100 feet from main road in dead end soi, no passing traffic. S44 is nearer prakanong bts station, than it is ekkamia bts, ideal if traveling light. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Kettle and cups supplied but no coffee, also room safe was locked ? ,not to bothered as only there 1 night.

Nothing to dislike really, only it should be advertised as being nearer prakanong bts station, rather than ekkamia, ekkamia is about a 15 minute walk, where prakanong is about 5 minutes walk.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff and also the owner were incredibly helpful. This hotel is near by the BTS sky train, so it is really easy for us to explore around Bangkok as we were using BTS sky train during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Overall, I had a great experience with S44ROOM!

stayed 8 nights, very big and very clean room. super happy with our booking. we had a big fridge, water kettle and a desk which was nice. The cleaning was super good and felt really clean. one of the best we had in Asia.

the bed wasn’t super comfy but also not the worst we had. water pressure and temperature questionable, a comfy shower was hard. lots of cold water. but the room really made up for it.

My room had a balcony with a (kinder)garden view. The space was big enough, clean and neat also. Hotel is placed on a very short street so there's no traffic here and very quiet. In case I need to stay in Ekkamai area again, I think I'll stay there.

Can't say that owners are veeery friendly. Always look busy.

Stayed here with my husband and my son. The room is very comfortable. The landlord is very nice and welcoming. The overall stay is just so great! Really recommend this place for anyone who stays alone or traveling with family. It is a home-like space.

Very good location, and good value for money.

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Hostel could have been a bit more flexible. It states its 24 hours on the door, but is not in reality.

Clean, comfortable, very quiet. A good fridge, table, stable wifi.

There was two adorable cats in the reception, both of them are very unique ! The reception worker is very nice

It was super clean. Just a nice basic room that is clean. The wifi worked very well.

The only thing I didn't like was that the fridge was turned to the warmest setting and I put my food in without knowing that and left it overnight. I can respect that they may be trying to save electricity, but it would be better if there was a notification or something

Good location just next to BTS and close to Ekkamai bus terminal what was main reason I stayed there. Clean spacious room that wasn’t loud as I expected since it’s 20m from Sukhumvit road.

As usual in Thailand they place AC to blow directly on you. Don’t know why do they do this. Instead cooling toom I end up freezing
