It's a nice place but don't expect a full 5 star experience. But for the price, it's good value for money. - Big and comfortable room (we got a newly renovated one) - Plenty of choice at breakfast - It was very busy but overall it was well managed by the staff - Nice pool and gym

- Pool didn't feel very clean - Location is perhaps not so suitable for people that are new to Bangkok. For experienced travellers it's fine and there is a small supermarket in the building and several local restaurants nearby - Huge room but no place to hang things to dry

The hotel was very large and although it was dated it still passed with flying colours.. the television had a fantastic choice of channels including live football.. the hotel has some beautiful views if you manage to get a high room and the reception and shop are very well staffed. The breakfast was wonderful and a very good choice... Really enjoyed the stay.. people complaining about the pool being cold but the weather decides that not the hotel company. Enjoyed our stay .

The room wasn't 100% clean but the hotel let us check in very early as we had an early arrival so we just cleaned the room ourselves. . It is a little outdated so I wouldn't say it's 5* as noted but definitely 4*.. nothing major to complain about so I won't..

Breakfasts were very good: a diverse menu of offerings from different cuisines, accompanied by a delicious selection of fresh fruits. The mango was especially delightful.

Construction work outside the hotel made large stretches of the pavement awkward, and in places, almost impassable. Location-wise, the distance from the Ekkamai train station is also less than ideal.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is great, and breakfast is good.

The bathroom is not good enough. In the beginning, we got a room with a bathtub and a portable shower with a short tube. The bathtub was high thus it was difficult to get in. The bathtub was also slippery which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Then we were transferred to a room with just a shower. Much better but still a bit slippery. There is not enough light in the bathroom, It is difficult to shave. There is not a good hanger for the towels, there is one only inside the shower, and it is too high for short people. The location is far from the main points of interest for tourists. It takes some time to get to the attractions.

Everything was great except for the nasty lady behind the counter who got quite upset when I said taxi meter after she quoted.me 2500 Baht for a taxi to Pattaya, the guy turned up I'm a taxi meter and looked like a homeless person, his eyes were glazed I thought he was drunk, I told him to stop his taxi after he let the clutch out and th e whole car shook, I thought my son and I would die for sure with this guy, I hailed a taxi 2 seconds later and got the usual 1500 Baht fee, yes been to Thailand 37 times I know how it works..

Everything but that

Room was good with prompt Room Service and cleanliness. However the Toilet seat Jet for cleaning was of very tough plastic which could not be bent for use. Flexible steel hose pies are recommended for easy use. Overall experience was very cordial and friendly. Thanks to Team Jasmine Grande.

The western toilet hose pipe was unusable..

We had a 2 bedroom family room for 2 adults & 2 children which was spacious and the main bedroom had a usb & usb C outlet next to one side of the bed. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool & the added pool slide got plenty of attention, even with the older ones. The attached Convenience Store was handy. But the staff were very friendly & helpful with all our enquiries, we also were given an extended check out to coincide with our airport transfer.

Maybe the buffet breakfast was a fraction disappointing.

this property is excellent. just like how it’s pictured and the view from my room was amazing. the staff were polite and very helpful.

the location of the hotel is great because it’s close to a local markets and a walk away from cafes and restaurants. however most tourist attractions or sightseeing things are at least a 30 minute car ride away. i didn’t mind that but if you don’t like travelling for that long i would recommend you stay closer to khao san rd.

We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms. It was huge, with a kitchen & 3 bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The showers were excellent & the bedrooms were spacious. We were on the 25th floor which gave us outstanding views of Bangkok. The skytrain station was less than a 10 minute walk away & shops & food were very close.

The wifi was a bit intermittent & the sauna & steam room were not really in operation when we used them. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the airport, the price they quoted was double what we what we actually paid - beware & book a taxi yourself.
