Really good convenience and value for a short, last-minute stay before an early morning long-haul flight. It’s great that you can book last-minute and also the staff are very friendly and helpful and the desk is 24/7. Also the morning hotel airport shuttle was fast and cheaper than a Bolt taxi I caught from the airport to the hotel in the evening.

Nothing to dislike really. I slept well and could’ve stayed longer in bed. Just bring earplugs and turn the noisy fridge off at night (quite common in hotels). Put the A/C on fan mode or lower the intensity for less noise. Also, yes, the coffee and juice at breakfast were instant /not fresh, but this is quite common in Thai hotels and also in other countries. The free cooked breakfast was good value though.

hotel was deep inside an alley street a good walk to the nearest family mart, nothing else within walking distance. advertise has airport transfer but in actuallaity there is none. have to take your own taxi to and from.

We wanted a nice hotel close to the airport before our morning long haul flight back to the UK without paying a high premium for an on airport hotel. The resort is located down quite a small road, however the resort itself is very large. The staff were wonderfully attentive and the room was nicely finished, with good powerful aircon and reliable wifi even though we were away from the main public areas of the hotel. The drive to the airport from the hotel only took 20 minutes and this was during the morning rush hour. Amazing value for money and would stay here again.

No coffee, only tea making facilities provided. Luckily I pack all in one coffee sachets for just such occasions. A very very minor negative.

Staff were friendly and helpful, this is a great location for Airport stay over, Took just 15 minutes to airport and they run a shuttle mini bus which goes every 30 minutes, for 200 baht per customer. Super reliable and hassle free just book when you arrive hotel. Peace of mind in my book. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely food was amazing im English and my wife is Thai we both thought the food was very nice. Will definitely stay again for a Airport overnighter. Excellent value for money. I have read some reviews which I think are unfare? No problems at all with this hotel and I've stayed in many over the years in Thailand. Definitely recommend, and I'm sure will be back again.

The staff were unbelievably kind. True Thai kindness, that you don't often see on the well trodden tourist track. I had a serious issue when all my bank cards wouldn't work, and they kindly helped me out with food and taxi money. I couldn't speak more highly of them. Thank you so much to the wonderful team, lead by the lady in the lobby during the day, and the gentlemen in the night. And who could forget the charming doorman!

Very close to airport. Staff were very good. Rooms were basic but ok. Shuttle to airport 200 baht per room very good. Alot of roadworks so traffic is chaos. Give yourself an extra 40 mins to get to airport and u will be ok. Food in adjoining restaurant is superb. The waitress could do with some help. She is doing too much alone.

Everything good. There was no coffee or tea in room and kettle and cups were wrapped in plastic for some reason. ???

It was amazing!! the staff are very welcoming, approachable and it was very impress since I step in. Please keep it up! :D The building itself and the room is very nice and comfortable. I would recommend if you would like to catch a flight in the morning cuz it is very closed to the airport approx 20 mins without the traffic. Also the shuttle van service from the hotel is very handy only 200 baht per way!! And of course very humble driver!

Personally the air conditioner is a bit noisy for me.

We were there for 2 nights. The driver and the staffs were nice and helpful. The room was a good size for me and my 2 young children. I'm glad they have a hotel shuttle available on site. Our group has 5 adults, 2 children, a double stroller and 7 luggage. We all fit in thier hotel shuttle with no problem. The driver was very kind and help us load and unload our belongings.

They have a nice courtyard which located in the back of our room where we can open the curtains to get a nice view. However, I can leave our curtain open because there were people came to work on the roof which is right above my room. It was lack of privacy so we had to close our curtains for both days. They provide 2 complimentary bottles of water, 2 bars of soap, and towels. Other than that you would need to bring them by yourself.

No English newschannels, like BBC or CNN No waste paper basket in the room; however that may be a positive thing, because of less plastic bags being used Cleanliness could be improved (hair on the floor in the corners underneath the table/desk) These comments are minor, though, considering all the other positive comments

Quiet, clean, average functional bathroom, convenient to Suvarnabhumi. Shuttle bus worked well with friendly driver who was happy to stop at the 7-Eleven for us to pick up a snack at 1:30 am. Left at 5:30 am and was again happy for us to stop at a local street vendor for breakfast😊

We didn't realise they would want us to pay cash and weren't prepared for that, but they then happily took card payment
