Great location for our needs, close to train station, excellent breakfast and Scarlet bar very good. Kindly let us leave our excess luggage for a few days while we left Bangkok.

Took a very long time to check in sent us to pool bar while it was sorted said they would bring key to us but never came so after hour waiting we had to go all the way back to reception with no apology or explanation.

The breakfast was an experience in itself: a huge selection of wonderful foods, great service by the staff, and an exciting atmosphere in the beautiful dining hall. I loved breakfast in this hotel! 👍😁

Smoking is allowed by the pool 👎😖. The pool is small and mostly in the direct sun, so if you want to swim in the shade you have to put up with cigarette smoke from the smoking tables under the canopy, right next to the pool. Not nice for the kids. Get rid of smoking there: it is the ‘fitness’ area, after all!

The staff were superb, pool are great, comfortable bed and great location.

Room not cleaned for 2 days after repeatedly asking and calling for it to be done...this is an area the higher management of the hotel MUST address...after complaining to front desk I did receive one nights discount...appreciated...but still left a bad impression.

I bought the executive lounge package which allows you access to the 27th Executive lounge. The bar food during Happy Hour was excellent and the late check out (4pm). You have the option of breakfast dining in the main restaurant downstairs or breakfasting in the Executive Lounge. Over, the location is great, staff friendly and service was very good

During the weekend, there were many guests turned away from Happy Hour because they were full to capacity. The guests who were already in the Executive lounge were going to be making the mot of Happy Hour (5pm - 7pm) and were not going to give up their spaces. I was lucky to get one of the remaining spaces but lots of others were unlucky and were turned away, or made to wait until tables became free

The location. Overall ambience of the lobby. Ground floor bar and restaurant opened 24 hours. Staff polite and helpful. Amazing rooftop restaurant with a couple of service issues that in the don’t spoil a great experience. Overall cleanliness. comfortable rooms with a nice skyline, big and neat bathrooms.

Very small, cramped and dark pool, which the experience uncomfortable. Breakfast in the main room is crowded and noisy and in the executive lounge there’s lack of choice and slow service, but overall good quality. The bellboys sometimes were inattentive. The whole hotel needs a slight renovation.

Location is very good, if someone chose the Silom area for his/her stay . There are also some very good Chinese restaurants around. The Jewel Trade Center just a few blocks away may also be an interesting destination to visit, if someone is interested. It is a good modern hotel with a bar, clean, everything works well, good beds, very good aircon esp. well adjustable, very good Wifi, but do not expect anything special. (When it was Sofitel many years ago, it was a place with much more elegance)

There is a driveway for the disabled without a reeling, it is quite dangerous....

Great location and rooms with view of Bangkok to die for. Liked the all-white theme of the room. Has a terrace restaurant-bar on the top floor with great views. Staff is friendly, helpful and speak English considerably well. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in Silom-Sathorn.

Restaurants at the hotel close too early and breakfast buffet options could be more diverse.

Great location and easy to get to many bars and sightseeing spots (we mostly used Grab). Amazing restaurant (Scarlett) on top. Definitely check it out! We were able to check in early free of charge, which was highly welcomed after our long-distance flight. Clean room apart from one thing. Staff was extremely friendly.

Shower pressure was a bit low and there was some mould in the sink. The pool is very small and not many sun lounges, all in all not a pool area where you feel like staying long. Breakfast was ok, eggs were not good though. The rooms are a bit older, but still clean.
