The staff was very friendly and they were always ready to help me if I needed anything. The rooms are very very clean and tidy, I have no complaints. Well done! Next to the hotel is a wonderful Jaz bar:) a cocktail costs about 10 euros, but the atmosphere is fantastic. In the hotel you can get a discount on drinks in that Jaz bar. You are very close to the mall, BTM train, night life, night markets and good food. 7/1 is only 100 meters from the hotel. Also, 100 meters from the hotel there is a self-service laundry and about 300 meters away is one of the biggest towers of the bank, which has a wonderful view of the whole city. I stay it for 8 days and it was more than pleasant. Maybe the hotel does not have a swimming pool or additional facilities, but for solo travelers and with a sleepover it is more than enough. I liked the location the most.

I really liked the aesthetics of the place, given that most properties at a similar price range will lack a view, it was lovely to be able to sleep in and to enjoy the look of the red room. (Sadly I was traveling alone, so I can't say how sturdy is the bed in reality). I loved all the mirrors, despite the fact there was no way to create sufficient light for makeup. I loved the look of the bathroom as well.

AC was incredibly noisy and all the noise from the corridor and from nearby rooms was heard in the room at night. Bed stand was only one and too small, sockets were in inconvenient location compared to the bed and I don't think the mini fridge was working. No space designed for a suitcase/luggage. It felt a bit like this was designed only as a sex room and not as a place to stay, because the counter top was big, but far from the bed and badly lit. The stand for the bath towels was definitely too far away from the shower. There is a rack opposite to the shower but your towels will likely get splashed if you use that one.

It's difficult to adjust the temperature in the water heater. It's either too hot or not. But this is just minor, not a big deal.

everything! the hotel and room were modern and stylish, room was well laid out with nice touches, bed was super comfortable and staff were very lovely and helpful. location is brilliant, just out of the way enough to be peaceful but still very near to good restaurants and bars in silom only a short walk away

only things were there was mould in the window and adjusting the temperature in the shower was quite difficult, however these were only minor things and everything else was perfect.

Clean and comfortable this was a nice hotel for a quick stop over. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and the location was pretty good.

It would have been useful to have a plug close to the bed and the 1000 baht deposit for the room key seemed a bit excessive, but maybe that’s me?

The elevator can only reach the sixth floor. You need to use the stairs to reach the seventh floor

Deluxe rooms don't have windows, so it's quite depressing if you need to stay in the room big part of the day (as I did on days I worked).

Everything was excellent. The staff were both kind and friendly as well as approachable.

There was a small issue with one of the posts on the four poster beds. The repair was done poorly and could have caused a hazard. Other than that, everything was great.

Very clean, newly renovated hotel at a very good price. I booked a smaller room which was great for a single person.

There was no kettle in the room. I like to get up and make tea first thing to get me going, running to store first is a bad start to my day.
