It was very clean. Fresh water every day. Cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly. Internet worked well. Have access to washing and drying machines. AC worked well. Blackout curtains. The pillows were also good. Comfortable working space.

Some things weren't like in the picture. A little bit of old furniture.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2021 and have always been satisfied with the facilities. What I like the most about Qspace residence are the spacious room, the cleanliness, and the comfortable peaceful sleep. For quiet-loving people, the deep location of the hotel is perfect as we don't like the hassle and bustle of a strategic location that is usually busy and noisy. Walking distance to MRT Rachadapisek exit no. 2, some local restaurants and cafes are nearby. The room is exactly as shown in the picture.

They used to provide cutlery but I missed it in my last visit. Would love to have them again in the future.

little bit far from bts and 7/11 need walk 7 minute. for 7/11 and 15 minute for bts.

Good if you want to be in a less touristy area of Bangkok but close to an MRT whereby you can get to where you need/want to go. 7 Elevens everywhere, nice skyline view of Bangkok from the balcony.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable Balconies are nice. Seating is or can be provided to sit outside.The views are good and very pleasing at night. it's set in the old tradition Bankok streets, so it is relatively quiet at night and during the day Underground is 10 minutes away, and on the blue line, so travel to most tourist spots is possible, although we found a taxi was much quicker All round, a very acceptable hotel to stay in

Check-in was a slight issue. the hotel had no record of our booking!! Even though I had a confirmation email from Booking.com!! I think that was more a Booking.com issue, not the hotel. Thankfully, they had availability but still took over half an hour to get checked in!! (That's not ideal after a long journey) If you want to check in early! Be aware there is a charge. It could be up to 300 baht

The bed is comfy, friendly staff, good shower, clean, they replaced empty glass water bottles daily (you just have to leave them outside your door), good-sized balcony and the AC is very good.

The WiFi was very poor at the desk and the location is a bit of a walk from the nearest MRT station (15-20 minutes)

If you are searching for a comfortable hotel close to Mochit New Van Terminal this place is for you! It only took us a few minutes to get there by grab and were amazed by the view of the room - you could see Bangkok's beautiful skyline at night! The bathroom was clean and spacious, as well as the bedroom. The bed was large and we slept very well.

In case you want to go sightseeing, have some drinks or want to visit a restaurant, this hotel might not be the right one for you. It's quite far away from the city center, but Grab can take you there easily.

We booked this place due to its location as we wanted one night after flying from Bangkok, which was then fairly close to the central bus station. We were jet lagged and was perfect for us to rest for one night before our onward journey. Room was spacious, clean, tidy and maybe slightly higher than expectations. Decent shower and kettle/hot water facilities which we appreciated. Some good cheap food options a short walk away.

This wasn't about the property but found that 3 x taxis were reluctant to drive us there! No idea why - however we used grab a couple of times and that was fine. Had a short moment when water didn't work in the property but didn't last long for it to cause any issues. Maybe not the prettiest of surroundings but was perfectly functional and good value for money

Really friendly and helpful staff (especially Sara who speaks English and helped us a lot with different small tasks) Really clean room. Staff changed beds, wiped and cleaned the floor, everything (towels, blankets, sheets) was white-clean and tidy. Air conditioner was quiete and powerfull. A bath room was big and clean. There was a lot places to put things away. There is a laundry service ( 30 baht ) next to the building.

Internet speed (Wi-fi) was not fast enough ( at the evenings). It might be hard to get to the hotel for the first time (especially with the baggage) so I would advice taking taxi or tuk-tuk from metro station

Great customer service. The receptionists were all very friendly and extremely helpful and made our stay more easy. Everything is available what was needed to make a short stay convenient. Easy comfortable place with close distance by grab to all the shopping centers around.

A good breakfast in the morning near by was missing but with grab even that is possible.
