It started with a very warm welcome and the staff continued to be very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable and big. Everything was very super clean. I chose the hotel because I wanted something close to the airport/highway. If you want to explore Bangkok, you always have to take a taxi. They also offer a free shuttle service to the BTS station.

The rooms were super comfy. Nice Pool, nice Place, nice Aquarium and exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Great Shuttle Service, close to Airport, but also quick with the MRT to Bangkok City. Chatchucka Market is also always worth a visit - the Shuttle goes there too. Loved this Place very much! It was also no Problem to leave our luggage at the hotel - stay at the Pool, or whatever we liked (we went by nightbus to next destination - so Hand a Full day to spend.

The service was top notch. The front office workers were both knowledgeable and helpful. I was always greeted warmly when I walked in. It is rare to find a hotel that is as on top of great customer service as this place. It is away from the craziness of downtown, but not too far away. I was able to book Grab drivers with no issues and the wait time was usually about ten minutes at the most.

I did not have breakfast nor used the pool but they looked great. My room was above expectation in terms of comfort, size and content - fridge worked well, AC worked well, many ac outlets throughout the room, great curtains - dark room when light outside, elevator and access to the room very easy. A truly great place to stay if your in transit or want to be close to a large shopping center (hotel has great free hourly shuttle) but not necessarily the best option for those who want/need to be close to nightlife and bars

Well, maybe more IN-ROOM signs to SHUT UP and RESPECT neighbours .... not sure this would keep certain people quiet down but would definitively make some rethink - had a neighbour that just didn't know the words "respect your neighbour" WIFI was also not consistent for streaming but acceptable.

The bed was so comfy! And the room and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed. The AC worked perfect and there was a balcony (although ir was too humid and warm to use it hahaha). The breakfast is simple but very good, and the staff was super nice and helpful. The reception is open 24 hrs.

The location is not ideal if you want to visit Bangkok. It is very far from all the typical attractions, and transportation around the city is not easy. Although taxis are very cheap (Tip: always ask them to use taxi meter!). We chose it because we were just passing by and we wanted to be fairly close to the airport and the train station, and far from all the chaos and intensity of the center. For that it was perfect. Around the hotel it is not very nice or pretty, but we always felt safe (even going to the seven eleven at 2 am when we arrived).

I had a very good experience at the hotel. The people were very kind and accommodating from the moment I checked in. The amenities offered were great, with fitness, sauna, steam, pool and van services available. The location was also great - it was calm and peaceful while still being close to all the local attractions. The bed and pillows are very confortable, actually are the best that I tried during this month in Thailand! It’s such a pleasure to stayed in your place and find people so kind and grateful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They genuinely take an extra step to make sure you feel at home. Any query you have, they are there to help you. Sight seeing, ATMs, currency exchange, transportation, they help you find anything you are looking for. Additionallly, they provide free shuttle service to chattuchak market and nearest BTS and MRT. Room is good, service is prompt. Food is excellent! Delicious spread of breakfast that you will savour forever. It's soooo yummy... Overall, a fantastic experience. A big thumbs up to these folks. Highly recommended.

Great location if you are intending to use MoChit bus terminal as is very close. Also close to markets and restaurants. Very friendly and informative staff. Great value for money.

This is a very eclectic boutique hotel in an exceptionally quiet st. From the huge fish tank, retro PAC Man machine, private spa tubs on the balcony, very decent sized pool to the best curry breakfast (western options available and I would advise in advance if vegetarian), not a bad word to say. Don’t expect 5 star for the price of a 2 star but it at least 3+. Free transport to markets and other locations. Staff so friendly. Use the black massage chair (free in the gym). If you want to go to the weekend market or MOCA, pop out for a great weekend.

It was very clean and peaceful, I enjoyed it so much I had to extend my stay.
