A stunning new Four Seasons , designed by Jean-Michel Gathy and described by him as "Sometimes dramatic. Sometimes intimate. But always charismatic." so true. Incredible celling heights create a sense of space which follows though into the rooms . Wall to wall and Floor to Ceilings windows framed my contemporary verdant courtyard view . The bed was so comfortable that I slept 9 hours . first time in years ! loved the bathrooms and all the open feeling that can also be closed off for privacy . The choice of restaurants is outstanding, the traditional Thai lounge beds by the river Perfect to watch the world go by . even the Lemongrass ice Tea with Padan was so delicious ( highly recommend) .. the art work, the boutique Lotus Art de Vivre ( most incredible craftsmanship) in the shopping area, the outdoor ponds and pools and last but not least the staff . Thank you for making my brief stay so unforgettable.

The staff are wonderful, the room, service, our checkout experience all the way to the airport was on another level. The hotel hosts alot of world class spots within including the social club and has a boat ride every hour to icon siam mall and its also connected to The Cappellla hotel. I also loved the room we had overlooking the river. Absolutely breathtaking. I would like to thank: Miss Celine Miss Elaine and our angel, Miss Tawan Saelao.

The POS machines did not recognize my credit card at the reception, however all the machines at the hotel accepted my card for any other kind of payment - lounge, restaurant, pool, bar area, so that was unfortunate.

My partner and I absolutely loved our weekend stay at The Four Seasons. It was our first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel, and having heard much about it our expectations were high. But somehow it managed to exceed our expectations. The staff was super friendly, helpful and very flexible to our wishes. As it was a trip for my birthday, the hotel surprised me three(!) times with cake and wishes. Absolutely amazing. The rooms were beautifully designed, super comfortable and spotless. Room service is 24hrs available and quick. The facilities at the hotel are astounding. The gym is very well equipped with the latest machines, dumbbells and treadmills. There’s a fair share of programmes to follow as well (can recommend HIIT and Muay Thai). The pools at the hotel are nice, big and clean. The sunbeds are super comfortable and staff at the pool very helpful. The spa and gentlemen’s barber are a must-visit! The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything you want is available and really deliciously prepared. The restaurants, although we haven’t eaten there, look really nice as well with good menus! The cocktailbar, BKK Social Club, is definitely a must-see when at the hotel! Great cocktails with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. All in all, Four Seasons in Bangkok exceeded all our expectations. So much so that in the end we really did not want to leave. Definitely coming back here!

Really can not think of a single negative thing. Sure, the hotel is not cheap and you can find a room a lot cheaper in Bangkok. But the stay here is definitely worth every penny.

Everything was amazing from the welcome desserts to the little gifts provided to the kids. the smell of the hallways. the interior. it’s like you’re stepping into luxury. the staff is very attentive and lovely. we loved being able to transport to iconic siam using the boat.

I was extremely impressed with the gentleman who heads the luggage storing department. He provided me with a replacement suitcase for my damaged one. The hotel demonstrated very high standards in customer service. I was also extremely impressed with the lady in the French restaurant who saw me rushing to catch the ferry and ran before me to inform them. This was on 29.9.2023 for the 1pm ferry. She is such a amazing person. I missed taking her name. If the hotel can find out who she was it would be so nice to appreciate her. The concierge team is very efficient as well. I was very pleased with the reception and welcoming of my daughter Maryam. The room was prepared for her and some very precise efforts were made by the hotel to make her experience wonderful. She was so happy and probably will make me return to stay in this hotel again.

SERVICE Above everything else was the key to loving this property. Every single person in the Four Seasons Team made sure we were comfortable and well taken for. I communicated most of my needs via their Whatsapp account and i always had someone (concierge) attending to my needs in the most polite manner. 'Love em !

The only thing I did found odd was that the Fitness Center was on the other side of the property so you'll have to pass thru the lobby to get to your room, all sweaty...hahaha...But this was a very minor issue for me.

Everything is absolutely stunning at this hotel. It is worth a trip to Bangkok alone, even if you don’t plan to go there. Simply magic and world class as a luxury hotel experience.

The property is amazing. We particularly enjoyed the location next to the Chao Phraya River and taking the river boat over to the shopping area. Excellent breakfast.

The concierge service was lacking. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Bangkok we felt they could have done a much better job at recommending restaurants with atmosphere and great food. Instead we were directed to one restaurant that had no atmosphere and another that was overpriced with mediocre food. We did a better job ourselves using Trip Advisor.

The breakfast at the Four Season Hotel is great, Four Season Hotel and Capella are connected, we walked to Capella to enjoy dinner in the sunset by the river. The quality of the staff is super high, and the service is always beyond expectations, whether in the lobby, the restaurant, the gym or the swimming pool. My friend is very happy to celebrate her birthday here. There were three lovely balloons a cute cake and a big mango in the room. Too many surprises. Just amazing ! We must be here soon.
