1) Beautiful Room. (We stayed at Room 5 and it has two Balconies and even Bathtub!) 2) Beautiful Neighborhood. (It's located in a tiny narrow street of oldtown Bangkok.) 3) Cats, Dogs and even Gecko in the neighborhood. 4) Quiet Place. You guys should try "Krua Apsorn" restaurant on top of the street. Super Delicious. 5) Vintage, Spacious, Wooden House. 6) Really easy to Check In/out.

1) Need Sunshades in the room. Since room faces East, we can't sleep as soon as the sun rises. Room is super bright. We got not enough sleep. 2) Need Exhaust Fan in toilet/ bathroom. 3) Bathtub is plastic. Not sure to handle big weight. 4) Since building structure is wooden, some noises from other rooms can be heard. 5) Building can't be reached via Taxi as the street is narrow. Need to walk a bit to reach there. 6) No Elevator. (Since it's an vintage house)

This hotel as a lovely colonial atmosphere and is in the middle of real Bangkok and close to lovely temples The manager Anne is very helpful with information and even coming in to work early to make sure a taxi is organised to get us back to the airport Thanks Anne your help was much appreciated you are a credit to the hotel

Beautifully restored early 1900s heritage house with modern appointments to bring our stay up to a high standard, in a quiet little cul de sac quite close to the khao sanh road area. Helpful and most friendly staff. We absolutely loved it!

Shower head was placed a little low and could do with a screen perhaps. The bath in our room was a nice touch

We had the Superior Suite room 39sq meters. Spacious quiet room. A bit hot on the top froor, but nice with 2 AC. Good tv for Netflix, etc.

No real room service without asking, a bit of a self serve facility. Shower pippng was not working correct, so water on floor Every show..

Room was lovely and the location was generally good. It’s self check in which I didn’t expect but it means you can check in at basically any time.

It’s difficult to find especially at night and the address provided doesn’t work well on Google maps.

It is a new place in a quiet and great local area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good mattress and airconditioning. The staff is very helpful and kind! Perfect location. Near Khao san and grand palace and other sights. Tip: restaurant Mango. I love that place!

Its a wooden house so you hear your neighbor above you, but that neighbor could possibly also be a bit more considered.

We had a great stay in the RoomQuest Rim hotel. The staff was very kind, she allowed us to enter before checkin hours, after a very long trip from Europe. We got an upgrade to the suite. The room was amazing, incredible space and very clean. Beautiful view to the king palace from the bathroom of the room. Central position, in a very quite and cute road. We loved it.

Host was excellent, so helpful. Hotel was very clean. We were given all the information we needed. The host answered all our questions about transport etc.

Location was a little difficult to find but we got the taxi driver to call the hotel for directions. The host came to meet us.

I should had selected a room with window and balcony. My room was at first floor with no window, a bit dark.
