Breakfast offered a lot of choice of international, Thai and Chinese very good food, nicely displayed. Location is very good, right next to the boat express, which takes you to Royal Palace and other sights. Walking distance to Chinatown for street food dinner.

On the first night, we were tired and wanted to stay in the hotel, so we went to the Yacht Club- it took more than 25 minutes for us to get the waitress' attention to order. After that, we waited to another 20minutes and no drinks arrived. So we left: the place was practically empty: no wonder with such service at relatively high prices!

Excellent location. Super helpful and professional staff. They accommodated my early check-in request and even put through a room upgrade.

I had picked the hotel for location and also shuttle service to and from the airport. I was disappointed to learn that even though the hotel is listed on Booking.com as having an airport shuttle service, it is actually not in place.

The hotel is located next to RiverCity and opposite IconSiam shopping centers. Short walk to Talat Noi and Chinatown or take a tuk tuk or taxi, which are situated at the front door of the hotel. Hotel boat shuttle will transport you to IconSiam and Sathorn piers. The food at Feast and Thara Thong restaurants was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Relax at the two outdoor swimming pools, and enjoy a drink at the pool bar. The view from the room was outstanding.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Location - Location! It’s ideal being on the river so you can hop on & off the many boats to travel up/down to the various key tourist attractions. Hotel operates a free boat to sky train station & across to ‘ICONSIAM’ Every room has a great view of the river & if you book, choose a room to include breakfast it works out often cheaper. Their buffet breakfast is first class & will set you up for the day. Will we stay here again? Yes indeed

The check in process still takes to long. I’m not sure if all hotels in Bangkok adopt this policy of blocking an amount on your credit card to include a deposit & the cost of your room. Then when you check out they cancel that pending payment then repeat the transaction for your room cost..

Very nice hotel next to the river. They view from our room was great! The lounge area next to the river was closed for rennovation :-(. There are 2 pools. One inside a lovely green garden, but colder and with quite some mosquitos. The other one was a typical business hotel pool. Breakfast was amazing with a great varity. Next to the hotel is a cool little modern art shopping center - worth going. In front of the hotel are always plenty of taxis or tuk-tuks to go on tour. The boat pier is right next to the hotel. There is a lovely food place just about 3 min away: Kwanrean Kitchen! yummi!

Room is nice enough with excellent views, breakfast was good lots of options and the location is the major reason I chose the hotel :) Yacht club is a nice touch and very pleasant sitting along the river having drinks watching all the boats pass by fireworks etc.. we enjoyed the pool thats hidden away in the garden. Hotel has a ferry to get to the mall which is convenient and can also grab a river tour from the pier next door.

Hotel could do with a refurb it's seen better days but otherwise, it's still a good spot to be.

Immaculate. All rooms to my Knowledge lookout over the river. Coffee shop turn left out of hotel and first left. Coffee and a croissant for breakfast taking in that view. 2 Lovely Swimming Pools, great Gym. The concierge team were outstanding with their knowledge and genuine helpfulness. Arrived back one night in a car and the concierge came down to open the door and called me back as he had spotted my wife had left a bracelet in the car. Outstanding behaviours. When you checked out you could still use the facilities and showers which were really good, pool towels are also provided. Turn left out of the hotel and First right are 3 shops that do Laundry. Hotel provide a free river boat to take you to a huge shopping Mall. Icon Siam. Khasom Road is a 100 to 200 Bolt or grab ride away. Taxis are in my opinion best avoided.

Couldn’t suss out the shower in the room. Probably me.

Room very good, club room. Club Lounge was very good but a bit short on seating. Club Lounge food requires someone to organize it better' silly things like vegetables for breakfast but not for dinner. Location was very good for shopping, just a short, free, boat trip to the biggest new shopping centre in Bangkok. The same boat also drops you off at the rail station to get anywhere else in the city. Rail fares are incredibly cheap.

The swimming pools, (two of them), are not very good, but I think it would be very difficult to improve them because of space restrictions. The little moan about the pools is a very small price to pay for what is a very good quality hotel.

The staff were super helpful throughout. The room was great with beautiful views down the river. Breakfast was good and varied. 2 different pools to choose from with a nice, smaller pool with swim up bar down by the river that was great for a bit of R&R in Bangkok which can be quite lively. There's also a ferry stop right next to the hotel so you can access all areas of the city really quickly and cost effectively.

I guess it wasn't exactly the best value for money when comparing with other hotels nearby, but not bad. The hotel isn't obviously brand new but that's just the way it is.
