Nice decor, friendly staff

The bathroom setup is a bit odd (less privacy) and running the exhaust fan didn't really help in the shower because there is a floor to ceiling glass wall. The curtains also had a smell to them.

the property had everything needed. I would have preferred to have the opportunity to open the window or have a balcony

i like the location of the place as it’s near to a lot of things. It’s a walking distance to other hotels, bars, good restos and cafes, and even the pier to get a ferry or tour boat.

I don’t know how many times I’ve slipped on their bathroom floor. I was just lucky that I always had the quick chance to hold onto the side glass. The bathroom floor isn’t tiled. They just used a shiny paint on the concrete’s rough surface which has these tiny pointed grooves. This could really get too slippery when wet even without soap and shampoo on it yet. It’s scary but it’s an accident waiting to happen daily. The overhead rainshower doesn’t really help a lot too especially when you have to mix the hot and cold water. I would prefer a shower head that you can adjust and point freehandedly.

The location was top, 5 minutes walking from the pier (by boat only 10 minutes from the Royal Palace). Very nice restaurant around the corner and a Michelin restaurant further up the street!

Room was pretty big, and clean. We got two water bottles free of charge every day which was great. Location was great. Breakfast sounded a bit expensive but I didn't actually see what it was so maybe it was worth the price :) great value for money.

Air condition was straight above the bed so we couldn't keep it on all night for fear we would get a cold because it was very efficient, no setting between cold and cool so when it turned too cold we had to shut it down. Shower and toilet had glass walls but fortunately there was a curtain to draw so there was a bit of privacy.

The staff were amazing. They went over and above, out of their way to be helpful with everything from directions to the ferry to restaurant recommendations and help with taxi's. The rooms were extremely reasonable considering the location of the hotel, which is close to Chinatown and the river. The beds are comfortable with fluffy duvets and nice pillows. The shithe showers are clean and shampoo is provided. In period there is a stocked minibar for a small charge. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price. Perfect place to stay while you're in Bangkok highly recommend.

Stayed here for about 10 nights. The hotel looks as good as on the photos if not better; my room was very comfortable. Staff is caring and friendly. A pier to use the Chao Phraya River boats is close by; another walking distance pier serves a free shuttle boat to Iconsiam. Compared to larger hotels in the area, I find the experience here more personal and comforting. Hope to stay again and can recommend

Nothing to complain.

Perfect location in the heart of Bangkok close to the grand place, China town and a 15min taxi to Siam. decor of the hotel is gorgeous too and it is great value for money.

the property is directly situation on an extremely busy road. if you are a light sleeper and get a room that faces the street you will have a poor nights sleep due to the very loud traffic that starts very early!

Exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable and there were some thoughtful touches like being provided with a kettle, instant coffee and tea, and a supply of well chosen toiletries.

The staff were kind and helpful, but like in many other places within the tourist industry in Thailand, they could improve their communication skills. They need to speak at least one international language ( English is the obvious choice) to be able to communicate better with international guests. Most of us don't speak Thai!

I got a room at the front of the hotel despite specifically requesting a room at the back. Because of this, traffic noise from the street was a problem. The room has very little shelf space for clothing or personal effects. The wifi kept cutting out, which meant that I kept having to reconnect.
