It was quite comfortable, the bed, the air conditioning, etc. They were very accomodating with me, allowing me to check in rather late, two or three hours after their usual check in window, since my flight was scheduled for an evening arrival.

The only thing I can find to complain about was that the noises from the halls and other rooms carried through the building a little. It wasn't a particularly modern room or building, but for the price point it was very reasonable and everything was in fairly good condition.

Location was good with many food stalls, restaurants, and money changers walking distance away. BTS station was around 10-15 min away. There was also a 7eleven in the corner of the hotel street. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Appreciated the late check in and being able to leave luggage in the hotel lobby.

Only 1 bottle of complimentary water per day. Also only provided soap for bathroom amenities. Would have liked to have at least shampoo and toothbrush as well. Found some insects in the room from time to time but very easily manageable. Bathroom light only had 1 lightbulb working.

Staff/Team/Owner: Great hospitality, friendly and helpful as always, attention to details- loved how Siam Palace Team remember little things about my stays :) When it comes to requests, they assist promptly.

Wifi network was pretty weak in the room I stayed, compared to my previous one in the same floor but different side. The staff however responded to this issue promptly after reported. It was fixed and became better for a while then came back to unconsistent connection days after. A temporary solution is I moved myself to a space next to reception area which was pretty good for catching better wifi and sitting on more comfy seat.

Hopefully we can have free breakfast in staying in the hotel but overall it's really good , even the Staff treat you like a family and I love to stay of I'm giving a chance to comeback in Thailand I will chose this hotel. Thank you for taking care of us while we are staying in the hotel.

Only few things like smelly in the washroom coming from the bowls.

Local is near to BTS, many bus stop nearby which is each to hop on hop off. The areas is good with many foods and restaurant. Room clean and big. Staff are friendly and kind.

Should be more lighting in bathroom. Should have hair dryer and slippers

Staff were very courteous and nice.. They were also friendly. Room was good (but not much) Bed was nice,has a wam shower.. Double family room was big and very easy to moved They clean our room everyday Super worth the price for our stay

Not a word like but something that they can improve on is their comfort room. But overall..it was good

Very good location, near Bang Sue, 15 minutes if there's huge traffic by car We paid for a room where we had all included drinks in the fridge, such as beers, sodas, water bottles. Staff speaks English and comfort is good. Comfortable beds, big queen size

There was no kettle in the room, but it's not a huge problem. Few power sockets

Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Room was a good size Nice quiet location and 7/11 very close. Not too far to walk to the BTS but easy to catch a taxi on main street.

There was no room safe Air conditioner was a little noisy. Wi-fi a little weak

Good location, good price and very friendly staff. I would recommend this place to my friends. This is my second time staying there and i will be staying here again for my next trip.

Put more lighting inside the bathroom and hairdryer

Honestly the hotel is in need of a renovation and maintenance, but the housekeeping is perfect.
