Nicely presented rooms with everything you need (even in the cheaper room options), great bathroom and comfortable bed Great breakfast with lots of options to suit any person’s background and personal taste Infinity pool is gorgeous and offers spectacular views, even when the weather is hazy Staff are reasonably helpful - the housekeeping in particular was lovely mannered Good location for Songkran as the neighbourhood was a quiet refuge from the celebrations - but easy to get to the busier areas if you wanted to take part. The train station to get to temples, malls and more was only a short walk away. Keep in mind that Ari isn’t the most central location in Bangkok, so there will always be a bit of travel involved - but this was fine for us as we appreciated being in the quieter side. The shops on the ground floor (7/11, Starbucks etc) and the multiple ATMs were extremely convenient to have close by.

Only small things - our fridge seemed to be malfunctioning and so it wasn’t cold, but we didn’t really use it anyway. Some of the hot breakfast items were cold if you weren’t there from the start, but this probably wouldn’t happen in busier times with more food turnover. We wanted to use their laundry service but there was a three day turnaround (which seemed very long) and so we couldn’t use it - but this might have been because of Songkran public holidays. There was some cracks in the glass of the pool that needs repair.

It's not very clean hotel. You still see hairs after cleaner clean the room. And facilities looks a bit old and broken

Good location, very comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Because there is no carpet in the hallway, sound travels very efficiently so you can hear conversations in the hallway while you’re in your room. I was awakened at 6 AM on several occasions by people talking in the hallway as they were preparing check out early. There is also a technical issue with my room and so every day when I came back to the room I would not be able to get in. I therefore had to go back downstairs and have the staff re-authorize my key so that I could enter. This happened every day, sometimes more than once. These two issues would make me seriously reconsider if I would stay there again.

I liked that it was close to a Bts and had plenty of shops witin the same building. The roof bar and pool leave a person wanting more. And the breakfast buffet is a little disappointing, but it's good enough. The room itself is great and is very clean and comfortable and also spacious. The balcony is a bit small though. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly but the language barrier remains. I would definitely visit again because it's very convenient.

About the payment i reserved the room through booking.com with the credit card details and I received a notification on the day of my flight that i need to update my credit card details until 2:00pm to secure the reservation which is on my mind we already have to relax and ready upon arrival but i feel stressed as i read the email late around 4:00pm and immediately call the hotel and update my credit card again. We don’t want to arrive feel stress that the room was not ready and didn’t prepare and book for us. All in all when we arrive in the hotel the reception with rooms available. I even mention that we have a arrival late due to the flight was booked at night and call the hotel that we will come late due to flight delayed because of the weather.

A perfect place to chill for 3 nights as we came to the end of our 3 week stay in Thailand at this fabulous hotel. Great value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. You can work out in the gym and then take a dip in the infinity pool on the 33rd floor and have a drink from the bar. The views both day and night over the city were incredible. The buffet breakfast had so much choice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and helped with our queries. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from BTS Ari station. We found the train network easy and cheap to use. Great for getting to the MBK shopping centre. A few short changes to get to the Grand Palace area. Took a taxi on way back. Again inexpensive but stuck in traffic for ages. There are fantastic street food stands and restaurants local to the hotel. We found the best Thai food at a restaurant called Lay Lao (Michelin recommended) such good value so we went back the following night. The 7-11 down on the ground floor provides a very convenient place to pick up groceries and snacks. Would definitely use this hotel again.

I wanted a place that’s affordable and not far from transport and food. This place has it all, including very friendly and considerate staff, clean place with nice pool and gym area. Under 15mins walk to Ari bts, 5 stops to Siam bts. 7 eleven right next to the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Even surprised me with a birthday dessert plate in my fridge. Fantastic.

The location and the room itself were terrific. Amazing staff - casual in style but extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous, especially the front desk and concierge staff. The views from our Deluxe Room bathroom would be sorely missed when we get home.

WiFi not the most stable - dropped out completely for a full day during our stay. Not a big deal when you’re out exploring Bangkok most of the time. Aircon can be a bit temperamental too - sometimes slow to come on, other times almost immediately. Otherwise, no other complaints. The room just grows on you.

Breathtaking views from the room and the rooftop. The hotel has an infinity pool, which looks nice in the pictures, but in reality, is full of stains and quite neglected. Very convenient location, close to the Chatuchak (JJ) market.

The hotel was built a couple of years ago, but it looks older because of poor maintenance. Rooms are not well kept. Management is inattentive, except for a very helpful porter.
