I loved everything about the hotel, its relatively affordable and extremely new, clean and with so many friendly staff. The location is quiet as well, and there are no strong weed or smoke smells like other hotels that I've stayed in, in Bangkok. There is a tub, as well as a free shuttle service to and from the nearest BTS/MRT station, which is a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 Asoke. I will most definitely be returning when I head back to Bangkok, no hesitation!

Staff was excellent, rooms are big and the pool and gym are fabulous. The free shuttle is convenient.

The only thing missing is a pool bar.

The hotel is modern and really well designed. We got upgraded to an apartment studio-style room which made us feel at home. The staff is helpful and welcoming, breakfast is tasty and having a daily choice of a warm meal was amazing. Location is extremely central in the business area making it perfect for work-travellers. The hotel is 10 minutes from the sky train and there is a free shuttle service that can bring/take you close to the station.

Shuttle service was great, simply WhatsApp the driver and he will pick you up/drop you off from Interchange, which is a 2 minute walk from Asok BTS and Terminal 21. He can also drop you off at Phrom Phong BTS (Emporium) at 11am or 2pm. Hotel is clean and modern, excellent staff, kitchenette and washing machine is helpful. Highly recommend!

Hotel is a bit of a further walk from Asok BTS. Its not “far”, but far enough to not want to walk in the heat. Thankful for the shuttle!

Everything was perfect. the facilities were great and new. The room was super clean. I am a bit OCD but it was really clean. The staffs were super friendly. No deposit was required. I requested for water and soy sauce for my mid-night treat and it was delivered asap. The hotel itself needs a bit of a walk to the closest bts station. BUT the hotel does provide free shuttle service!! So please do ask the staff about it. The welcome snack was tasty. I loved everything about this hotel. Definitely going to recommend this to everyone!!

The floor of the bathtub is a bit stained even I didn’t use it. but i can understand that as normal wear and tear.

- Very convenient location, close to many bars, shops, restaurants, etc. - Very polite and friendly staff - The checkin process was FAST (our cards were prepared ahead of time, it literally took 2 minutes) - Clean and cozy - Extremely comfortable bed

- The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the breakfast options/menu. The open buffet did not have many options besides a few fruits, toast, coffee, and juice, as well as a few spreads like jam and peanut butter. My honest advice to fellow travellers is to choose food options from outside or download Grab and order food instead.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location

Very convenient location, approx 10 mins walk to asok/ sukhumvit station. (Though it's close to the BTS/MRT station, the building is located at a nice quiet alley of sukhumvit.) Also shuttle bus is provided from hotel to BTS/MRT station upon request.

Quiet location, friendly staff, very clean, nice pool on top, shuttle service to interchange tower (nearest Metro station and shopping centre), water bottles and tea provided

Not much that is not to like about this hotel. The location is central but it is 10min walk or free shuttle bus to the next Metro station. The view out of my window was not great (multi-story parking garage). But these are really minor, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable room, great location, obliging shuttle service to anywhere nearby e.g. the BTS Asoke station. Super friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, always ready to give advice, information, book a car for a day trip etc.

Two things: 1. Showier system was very strange - either it was in a bathtub with a high wall, hard to climb over and potentially dangerous and slippery - no standalone shower stalls. And in alternative rooms with no bathtub, the shower was a rain shower that soaked the whole bathroom - it wasn't behind a wall or curtain. 2. No room service - and the hotel restaurant was Italian not a general coffee shop. It served an adequate if unimaginative continental breakfast but like reception, the wait staff were always friendly and helpful
